#PPSellsBabyParts PLANNED PARENTHOOD ABORTED BABY’S HEART STILL BEATING IN LATE-TERM ORGAN HARVESTING CASE
Whistleblower Who Harvested Aborted Baby Parts Inside Planned Parenthood Clinics for StemExpress Describes “Most Difficult Experience I Had There” In Latest Documentary Episode
Contact: Peter Robbio, probbio@crcpublicrelations.com, 703.683.5004
LOS ANGELES, Aug. 19--The third episode in a new documentary web series and 7th video on Planned Parenthood’s supply of aborted fetal tissue tells a former procurement technician’s harrowing story of harvesting an intact brain from a late-term male fetus whose heart was still beating after the abortion.
The “Human Capital” documentary web series, produced by The Center for Medical Progress, integrates expert interviews, eyewitness accounts, and real-life undercover interactions to explore different themes within Planned Parenthood’s sale of aborted fetal tissue....
The series focuses on the personal narrative of Holly O’Donnell, a former Blood and Tissue Procurement Technician for StemExpress, a biotech start-up that until last week was partnered with two large northern California Planned Parenthood affiliates to purchase their aborted fetus parts and resell them for scientific experimentation.
O’Donnell describes the harvesting, or “procurement,” of organs from a nearly intact late-term fetus aborted at Planned Parenthood Mar Monte’s Alameda clinic in San Jose, CA. “‘I want to see something kind of cool,’” O’Donnell says her supervisor asked her. “And she just taps the heart, and it starts beating. And I’m sitting here and I’m looking at this fetus, and its heart is beating, and I don’t know what to think.”
The San Jose Planned Parenthood does abortions up to 20 weeks of pregnancy. Referring to the beating heart of the aborted fetus, O’Donnell remarks, “I don’t know if that constitutes it’s technically dead, or it’s alive.”
State and federal law require that the same treatment be given to an infant born-alive after an abortion as to a normally delivered baby (1 U.S.C. 8, CA Health and Safety Code 123435). California law also prohibits any kind of experimentation on a fetus with a discernible heartbeat (CA Health and Safety Code 123440). StemExpress has been cited in published scientific literature as a source of fetal hearts used for Langendorff perfusion, which keeps a heart beating after it is excised from the body...
O’Donnell also tells how her StemExpress supervisor instructed her to cut through the face of the fetus in order to get the brain. ““She gave me the scissors and told me that I had to cut down the middle of the face. I can’t even describe what that feels like,” she says.
The video also features recordings of Dr. Ben Van Handel, the Executive Director of Novogenix Laboratories, LLC, and also of Perrin Larton, Procurement Manager of Advanced Bioscience Resources, Inc. (ABR). Novogenix is the company that has harvested fetal organs from abortions done by Planned Parenthood Federation of America’s Senior Director of Medical Services, Dr. Deborah Nucatola, in Los Angeles, while ABR is the oldest fetal tissue procurement company and works with Planned Parenthood in San Diego and other clinics around the country. Van Handel admits, “There are times when after the procedure is done that the heart actually is still beating,” and Larton describes abortions she has seen where “the fetus was already in the vaginal canal whenever we put her in the stirrups, it just fell out.”
CMP’s Project Lead David Daleiden notes, “Today’s video contains heartrending admissions about the absolute barbarism of Planned Parenthood’s abortion practice and baby parts sales in which fetuses are sometimes delivered intact and alive. Planned Parenthood is a criminal organization from the top down and should be immediately stripped of taxpayer funding and prosecuted for their atrocities against humanity.”
The first 56 days of human gestation:
A sad commentary on today's world. We can no longer turn away and say this is not a life, and this is not a murder when a decision is made to end the life.
ReplyDeleteBunkerville,
DeleteReality must be faced -- and there is a scientific basis for doing so.
What ever happened to the promise that abortion would be safe, legal and RARE?
ReplyDeleteSafe, legal, and rare? First, let's put to rest the lie that women were accessing abortionists with coat hangers in some back alley. People have actually come to believe that. In fact, almost all abortions were performed by medical doctors before Roe v Wade, and fatalities were rare. Pro-death people have admitted that the fatalities reported were made up of whole cloth.
DeleteNow that it's "legal" (but certainly not moral), there are more maternal deaths due to abortions - not fewer.
Rare? Good heavens. It's become as routine as getting a cold. Most abortions are performed because the pregnancy has created an inconvenience" for the mother-to-be.
The precursor to abortion was birth control, also promoted by Margaret Sanger, and it was never intended for white women. It always about controlling the black population, and anyone she considered sub-par. Sanger was distraught when white women embraced birth control.
Adrienne,
DeleteSanger was distraught when white women embraced birth control.
I don't doubt you, my friend. But do you have a link for that information?
This article has a good compilation of Sanger's birth control movement. All the information presented can be verified.
Deletehttp://www.blackgenocide.org/sanger.html
That link takes you to search page (for some unknown reason.) The website it the first link.
DeleteThere's also this interview with Mike Wallace. Well worth a watch.

In fact, almost all abortions were performed by medical doctors before Roe v Wade, and fatalities were rare.
DeleteMy research indicates that the same doctors who were doing the "back alley" abortions, immediately became legal abortionists, which explains why the "medical standards" at so many abortion clinics today are so abysmally low.
Exactly, FJ. The "back alley" was in reference to the door they used to not arouse suspicions.
DeleteIf the liberal's promise to keep abortion safe, legal, and RARE had been kept, there would be little controversy or persistent opposition to abortion in our society today. But 50,000,000 aborted babies later... we can say that the PROMISE was not kept. The PROMISE, like much of the current progressive agenda, was a calculated and deliberate LIE.
DeleteFJ,
Delete50,000,000 aborted babies!
Mind boggling, isn't it?
...and with Planned Parenthood, you can be assured that it's all about increasing market share and profitability!
DeleteWorth a look:
ReplyDelete1. Why Animal Lovers Should Abhor Planned Parenthood
2. Planned Parenthood Defenders Rely on Tortured Logic
Shakespeare covered it perfectly in Hamlet:
ReplyDeleteHorrible! Horrible! Most horrible!
Someone with a great deal of money who cares passionately about this issue should buy up a huge amount of air space in prime time, and SATURATE the Public Consciousness with THESE HORRIFYING IMAGES –- and more like them.
In other words DO to the LEFT what the LEFT has DONE to SANE, DECENT, RIGHT THINKING, GOD-FEARING, MORALLY RESPONSIBLE Americans.
Bombard them with an endless stream of CONSERVATIVE CHRISTIAN, pro-CAPITALIST PROPAGANDA to counteract the one hundred year flood of relentless FILTH and CORRUPTION with which LEFTISTS have INUNDATED and BEFOULED this once-great land.
PURCHASE all the NETWORKS if NECESSARY, and rid them of Leftist Filth.
FT,
DeleteSomeone with a great deal of money who cares passionately about this issue should buy up a huge amount of air space in prime time, and SATURATE the Public Consciousness with THESE HORRIFYING IMAGES –- and more like them.
I couldn't agree more!
I too support widely disseminating such pictures and videos. People need to face up to what they support.
ReplyDeleteAnd the right approach to rolling back abortion is to hinge the argument on viability of the fetus. That what how the Supreme Court drew it's arbitrary line in crayon.
SF,
DeletePeople need to face up to what they support.
Exactly! I intend to shove these images into people's faces at every opportunity. Forget the theological discussions. Just look at those Carnegie stages!
AOW,
DeleteUnfortunately, the hard left is impervious. I presented a completely secular argument against abortion, and the Jersey, Ducky types didn't even want to hear it. They plugged their ears and screamed their talking points.
However, polling trends reveal that unlike the far-left nutballs, reasonable people in the middle are swayed by this, and by viability of the fetus arguments.
We must learn what the left already knows: You can't take it all in one bite. Incrementalism is the key. Keep advancing, keep nibbling away, and pretty soon this abhorrent practice will indeed be also safe and rare, and a private matter between a woman and her doctor.
No, the hard left is not impervious.
DeleteThe hard left knows a cheap play to the emotions, however.
You seem more left than right here, Silverfiddle because the real screamers on the right want to limit access to birth control also.
I don't see having it both ways.
Abortion rates have been dropping and they can continue to fall but the fringe right is intent on labeling IUD's and the morning after pill abortifacients and making cheap plays to the emotions like this or outright lies like the original Planned Parenthood video.
So the left makes what progress it can because the right is intent only to divide.
How did the videos lie?
DeleteAnd which candidates have said they want to "limit access to birth control." C'mon. Name names.
And don't try to peddle us that crap about ACA, Planned Parenthood and making people pay for their own birth control.
By your loony left logic, the government is anti-automobile tire because they are not handing out tires for free or forcing car insurance providers to cover them.
Exactly! I intend to shove these images into people's faces at every opportunity.
DeleteI don't have issue with this tactic, but why widely [and without consent] use a photo of a still born delivery?
And which candidates have said they want to "limit access to birth control." C'mon. Name names.
Delete---------
Huckabee and Santorum and the religious freaks branch of the party.
Don't play freaking Mickey the Dunce and claim rethugs haven't opposed the morning after pill.
Carson does finesse it and accepts its use in cases of rape. Otherwise, he wouldn't commit.
"One of the things I will talk about, that no president has talked about before, is I think the dangers of contraception in this country."
--- It wasn't a Dem
And once again, the video is a cheap play to emotions.
Strictly a page out of "Rules for Radicals" which you claim the radical religious right doesn't use.
Duck,
DeleteYour emotional compass is out of order.
This blog post is not about theology, nor it is about Huckbee and Santorum.
DeleteThis post is not about birth control per se. This post is about abortions -- particularly abortions after certain stages of gestation.
The hard left knows a cheap play to the emotions, however.
DeleteYou ain't just whistling Dixie, duck. Can you say, "Anchor baby!" How about "Dreamer"?
Don't play freaking Mickey the Dunce and claim rethugs haven't opposed the morning after pill.
Delete"Abortificants" like Plan B aren't "contraceptives" duckman.. Sperm and egg have joined. Plan B raizes the implantion bed post-conception hence the term "morning after" pointing to the "point" of conception.
I typically avoid posting gruesome photos.
ReplyDeleteBUT THIS INFORMATION MUST BE SEEN!
I just hope that human beings today still have sensitive souls -- that is, souls not inured to this gruesome barbarity.
Thanks to high-resolution sonagrams and other scientific advances, we know more about the stages of human gestation than we did when Roe v. Wade ruled in favor of abortion.
Scrutinize the Carnegie stages. At which point do you see a baby?
Conception is the point in which a human life becomes possible. Anything AFTER that, is a MURDER.
DeleteOkay, if the mother isn't certain, then perhaps MANSLAUGHTER is a more accurate legal term.
DeleteThersites,
DeleteConception is the point in which a human life becomes possible. Anything AFTER that, is a MURDER.
That's certainly one position to take. But is that a scientific definition of conception?
Ahem. I'm wrong, It IS a scientific definition.
DeleteFrom this source:
...Before and after 1981, there have been countless scientific monographs and scholarly articles—in embryology, developmental biology, and genetics—explicitly affirming that a human being at the earliest stage of development comes to be at fertilization. Here are three of many, many examples:
[1] “Human life begins at fertilization, the process during which a male gamete or sperm unites with a female gamete or oocyte (ovum) to form a single cell called a zygote. This highly specialized, totipotent cell marked the beginning of each of us as a unique individual.” “A zygote is the beginning of a new human being (i.e., an embryo).” Keith L. Moore, The Developing Human: Clinically Oriented Embryology, 7th edition. Philadelphia, PA: Saunders, 2003. pp. 16, 2.
[2] “Fertilization is the process by which male and female haploid gametes (sperm and egg) unite to produce a genetically distinct individual.” Signorelli et al., Kinases, phosphatases and proteases during sperm capacitation, CELL TISSUE RES. 349(3):765 (Mar. 20, 2012)
[3] “Although life is a continuous process, fertilization (which, incidentally, is not a ‘moment’) is a critical landmark because, under ordinary circumstances, a new, genetically distinct human organism is formed when the chromosomes of the male and female pronuclei blend in the oocyte” (emphasis added; Ronan O’Rahilly and Fabiola Mueller, Human Embryology and Teratology, 3rd edition. New York: John Wiley & Sons, 2000, p. 8). (Many other examples could be cited, some of which may be found here: http://clinicquotes.com/list-of-quotes-from-medical-textbooksscientists-proving-life-begins-at-conception/ )...
My heart breaks every time I see these things ... I need a break.

ReplyDeleteI think that all of these stupid Liberal comments are coming from that progressive Rat's nest and its occupants, and that they are attempting to change to subject , as they always do.
ReplyDeleteMuch worse than even I imagined, and I'm not new to the subject. Thank you sooo much for sharing this video. I knew the 'process' but what I learned is the intense callous nature of a lot of people out there.
ReplyDeleteRemember, when the Nazis decided the Jewish fate at the Wannsee Conference? Those weren't street thugs. They were educated men, over half with doctorate degrees. Doctors and scientists. Watch the movie. It's accurate.
The callousness and indifference on display there and here is more shocking than the gruesome procedure. If they did this to a baby eagle before he hatched they'd be in jail.
Well we all know who the author of that Rat's Nest is, don't we!
DeleteYou mean like Ducky? I guess you're right.
DeleteCI,
ReplyDeleteConsent from whom? Please read the Daily Mail article linked in the body of the blog post. It seems that the posted photo is in the public domain at the parents' request.
Or perhaps you're referring to some other kind of consent?
There's a FB post from the mother, Lexi Fretz, being pretty widely circulated that says the opposite. I'm no expert on consent, digital rights and fair use, so there may be no issue.
DeleteBut why use a photo of a stillborn delivery for an abortion campaign? There's no shortage of abortion photos already used by these groups.
CI,
Deletewhy use a photo of a stillborn delivery for an abortion campaign?
Because a photo of a 19 weeks' gestation baby better illustrates the point than a sketch.
I've looked, but I can't find the FB page you mentioned.
Furthermore, there is no question that the photo of Walter Joshua Fretz is a real photo -- not a photo generated by an anti-abortion group.
I
There are clinics all over LA (and probably across the country?) where pregnant women can go and see an ultrasound of their baby...if they have the guts......not all of them change from having thought they'd abort to carrying the child full term, but a LOT DO.
DeleteThat's why it's worth showing the fetus' development, the humanness, even so early in the womb.
I don't like to get too into judgment on this because it's such a personal thing and ... well, it's a tough one. But it seems to me that if seeing your child in your womb via ultrasound speaks to so many mothers (and men) in such positive ways, that's pulling on something in that woman's heart and mind that we will never understand completely.
Furthermore, there is no question that the photo of Walter Joshua Fretz is a real photo -- not a photo generated by an anti-abortion group.
DeleteWho claimed otherwise?
CI,
DeleteDuck didn't name the photo specifically, but he implied that the videos had been edited so as to obscure what he chooses to believe (that abortion is not murder). I don't know if he said that bit about the edited video here, but I believe that he made that comment elsewhere -- either at this blog or at another.
So, let's say, I was heading something off at the pass.

ReplyDeleteExcerpt from 8th Shocking Video: StemExpress CEO Admits Planned Parenthood Sells Fully Intact Aborted Babies:
...In the video, Cate Dyer, the CEO of StemExpress, is shown in a lunch meeting with undercover operatives posing as representatives of a biotech firm. Dyer is laughing about how StemExpress purchases fully intact aborted babies from Planned Parenthood. She laughs about how shippers of the aborted babies would give a warning to lab workers to expect such a baby.
“Oh yeah, if you have intact cases — which we’ve done a lot — we sometimes ship those back to our lab in its entirety,” she says.
“Tell the lab its coming,” she laughs about the intact unborn babies. “You know, open the box and go ‘Oh my God,'” Dyer adds....
The 8th video in the series will shortly be released to the public.
WHEN DOES LIFE BEGIN?
ReplyDeletePlease see this comment I made earlier in this thread.
Whereas the release of these videos is moving in a calculated manner, I cannot imagine what the next video will show regarding educating Americans regarding the use of their tax dollars.
ReplyDeletePerhaps we have so many illegal immigrants in our nation because we have steadily aborted our future human capital? Hmmm
*I once took care of a woman who had multiple abortions and used is as a form of birth control.
Post-abortion trauma is also very real, but women cannot readily discuss it. I did have one patient once who needed oropharangeal suctioning on arrival to the recovery room. She asked me not to do it because she told me she remembered the sound of the suction machine when her abortion was done several years prior.
Women suffer. Having been told a lie, they suffer the aftermath of the lie. The lie is that it is o.k. to abort what is in the womb. The lie is that there are no emotional consequences, and sometimes the consequences are deeply psychological.
I have great compassion. When the pregnant woman is discarded, abused and abandoned - the fate can be the same for her baby. My judgment is not against the women, but against a policy process which is detrimental to mother-child welfare.
Tammy Swofford, R.N. BSN
Tammy,
DeletePost-abortion trauma is also very real, but women cannot readily discuss it. I did have one patient once who needed oropharangeal suctioning on arrival to the recovery room. She asked me not to do it because she told me she remembered the sound of the suction machine when her abortion was done several years prior.
I wonder how often something like that happens.
I had a friend years ago who had an abortion while in college. The abortion was legal because she had the abortion in Europe. She clearly had post-abortion trauma. She couldn't stand hearing the suction device in the dentist's office. As a result, she stopped going to the dentist and lost all her teeth.
Planned Parenthood admits doing abortions at 19 weeks. I wonder how much they would sell this baby for? There are a number of rare cases of 20, 21 week old babies surviving premature birth. But that won't stop the abortion anytime crowd from their evil campaign.
ReplyDelete
