Quick Personal Update

(For politics, please scroll down)

Back from the dead.  At least, that's the way it feels.

For three days, I didn't really know what world I was in.

I am better now, but will not be back to intense blogging for some time.

Sounds (Somehow) Familiar

Posted by Warren

For those of you unfamiliar with the name "Robert Creamer", Robert Creamer is the Democrat operative that bragged about inciting violence at Trump rallies. As a consequence of the released video he was removed from his job but we all know that he will work through some other flunky and in time resurface in a new position doing the same old crap.

Mr Creamer is an old hand at this and a convicted felon. In 2007 while serving a prison term for tax evasion and bank fraud, he published a handbook for Alinskyite twits titled, "Listen To Your Mother Stand Up Straight How Progressives Can Win". In it he wrote:

"In general our strategic goal with people who have become conservative activists is not to convert them—that isn’t going to happen. It is to demoralize them—to ‘deactivate’ them. We need to deflate their enthusiasm, to make them lose their ardor and above all their self-confidence…[A] way to demoralize conservative activists is to surround them with the echo chamber of our positions and assumptions. We need to make them feel that they are not mainstream, to make them feel isolated… We must isolate them ideologically…[and] use the progressive echo chamber…By defeating them and isolating them ideologically, we demoralize conservative activists directly. Then they begin to quarrel among themselves or blame each other for defeat in isolation, and that demoralizes them further".

( Oh, don't bother to read the book there is no index and its a rambling mass of tripe.)

Sound kind of like what the press has been doing this election campaign?

I won't say this makes me angry, I'm way passed that point. I expect it at this point.
Don't become dispirited. Come election day, get out there and vote. If you can vote early go ahead and do so.

Make no mistake, what they are doing is a form of voter suppression targeting anyone who would vote for Trump. The only poll that counts is the one on election day. The only way we can win is to vote in great enough numbers that the Democrats can't cheat their way into office (again).

Another Project Veritas video, starring Robert Creamer.

Charts: The Obama Years

Obama's approval ratings are still around 50% (according to CNN on October 6, 2012, at a new high of 55%)  — despite the ominous information provided in the charts below (click directly on the graphic to enlarge it):

from Federal Reserve data

From Powerline, which published the above charts on October 5, 2016:
...[T]he stock market has more than doubled since the bottom of March 2009, though this has everything to do with the Fed’s insane zero-interest rate policy than anything Obama has done. Lawrence Lindsay noted in the Wall Street Journal yesterday that Obama’s economic record is a failure when judged by Obama’s own claims for what his policies would accomplish....

The stock market doesn't mean diddly squat to middle class Americans who cannot afford to invest in that particular market. Furthermore, the stock market is but one measure of the nation's economic health.

Do you want four more years of the above or a chance for something else?  Vote accordingly.

The blog currently is in moderation and will remain so until further notice.I will moderate comments as often as I am able. Unfortunately that might be only once or possibly twice a day depending on my work load.

Final 2016 Presidential Debate

The third and last 2016 Presidential Debate will be broadcast live tonight from the University of Nevada in Las Vegas @ 9:00 P.M., EDT.

Does this final debate really matter?

It might if there are actually undecided voters at this point — and if the mainstream media disseminated the following information 24/7 (hat tip to Virtual Mirage for the video below):

LL of Virtual Mirage reminds us of the following:
When WikiLeaks first went on-line and published information that damaged the Bush Administration, liberals cheered loudly. Julian Assange, WikiLeaks founder, was a hero. They're not cheering now...
Read the rest HERE.

Pastorius of Infidel Bloggers Alliance informs us:
The Washington Post has not mentioned that Hillary and her people conspired to delete emails and have them scrubbed from her servers AFTER a Federal Subpoena. They have only reported on Wikileaks that were not so damaging to Hillary.

The Washington Post and the rest of the MSM are trying to bury the incredibly damaging Wikileaks by ignoring them and colluding in an anti-Trump "Pussy" campaign.

And there's this, which includes the RSVP guest list: Podesta Held Dinners For Reporters Who Would Be Covering Clinton.

Will you be watching the final Presidential debate, in part or in whole?

I haven't decided whether or not I want to spend time and energy watching any more of this election's political theater.

Post-Debate Thought

Comment I made yesterday during the second 2016 Presidential debate:

You know what I'm sick and tired of?

All sorts of "news" and entertainment media acting so offended and and horrified about braggadocio-male Trump when those same media people entities have been debasing American culture and the traditional American ethos for at least three decades!

And for the record...Donald Trump did apologize — at least twice.

The News Networks — And The Second 2016 Presidential Debate

Note: this thread will remain here for a few days and may also be used to discuss the October 9 debate between Hillary Rodham Clinton and Donald J. Trump.

One of my Facebook finds:

It's a little funny, but when you sit and let it sink in, it's really not:

NBC = Nobody But Clinton

ABC = Always Believe Clinton

CBS = Clinton Broadcasting System

CNN = Clinton News Network

CNNHL =Clinton News Network Honesty Lost

MSNBC = More Same Nobody But Clinton

PBS = Proletariat Broadcasting System

FOX = Fair Objective eXperts

I'm not so sure about that last one.

Fox's Friday frenzy to cover the revelation of Donald Trump's use of "the p-word" — in a private conversation aboard a Hollywood studio bus some eleven years ago — instead of emphasizing the same day's revelations regarding Hillary Rodham Clinton's paid speeches differed little from the coverage afforded by the other networks.

Why Hillary Clinton wasn’t indicted

Posted by Warren

According to James Comey, the director of the FBI, Hillary wasn't indited because her "reckless negligence" didn't give evidence of wilful intent. (poor stupid Hilary didn't mean to break the law.)

It hard to believe that destroying evidence, lying before Congress and enlisting the aid of employees and sycophants in destroying evidence doesn't rise to the level of intent but, there you are!

Vice-Presidential Debate

Consider the ages of Hillary Rodham Clinton and Donald J. Trump.

These candidates for Vice President of the United States should be scrutinized because one of them could well become the President during the next President' first term.

Tonight, WE THE PEOPLE get one chance to see Tim Kaine (D) and Mike Pence (R) face off.  This thread is dedicated to discussion of the Vice-Presidential candidates and their October 4 debate.  Have at it!
