Hillary Clinton And Transparency
It beggars belief that anyone would think that Hillary Clinton believes in or practices transparency.

Hail Hillary, head full of space,
Ever lacking in charm and grace.
Hillary, dear, how your red eye gleams
Inspiring infants to have bad dreams,
And adults to suffer much churning of guts
And fears like the death of a thousand cuts
Hillary! Hillary, full of disgrace
Your surgically altered, still hideous face
Inspires much loathing, disgust and dismay
As does the sound of your Midwestern bray.
Cursed art thou, and curs'd be the Brute
Who married you once then produced homely fruit
As Queen of all that is anti-erotic,
You favor, instead, what is cruel and despotic.

ReplyDeleteOfficial: Some Clinton emails 'too damaging' to release
by Catherine Herridge, Pamela K. Browne
January 20, 2016 - FNC
"EXCLUSIVE: The intelligence community has deemed some of Hillary Clinton’s emails “too damaging" to national security to release under any circumstances, according to a U.S. government official close to the ongoing review. A second source, who was not authorized to speak on the record, backed up the finding.
"The determination was first reported by Fox News, hours before the State Department formally announced Friday that seven email chains, found in 22 documents, will be withheld “in full” because they, in fact, contain “Top Secret” information.
"The State Department, when first contacted by Fox News about withholding such emails Friday morning, did not dispute the reporting – but did not comment in detail. After a version of this report was first published, the Obama administration confirmed to the Associated Press that the seven email chains would be withheld. The department has since confirmed those details publicly.
"The decision to withhold the documents in full, and not provide even a partial release with redactions, further undercuts claims by the State Department and the Clinton campaign that none of the intelligence in the emails was classified when it hit Clinton's personal server.
"Fox News is told the emails include intelligence from "special access programs," or SAP, which is considered beyond “Top Secret.” A Jan. 14 letter, first reported by Fox News, from intelligence community Inspector General Charles McCullough III notified senior intelligence and foreign relations committee leaders that "several dozen emails containing classified information” were determined to be 'at the CONFIDENTIAL, SECRET, AND TOP SECRET/SAP levels.'
"The State Department is trying to finish its review and public release of thousands of Clinton emails, as the Democratic presidential primary contests get underway in early February.
"Under the Freedom of Information Act, or FOIA, there is an exemption that allows for highly sensitive, and in this case classified, material to be withheld in full -- which means nothing would be released in these cases, not even heavily redacted versions, which has been standard practice with the 1,340 such emails made public so far by the State Department. ..."

This gets worse. I just read that at least 2 of those "Top Secret" emails were sent to Sidney Blumenthal, a person with absolutely no security clearance or right to them.
DeleteJoseph,
DeleteTo Blumenthal? That's more trouble for Hillary.
She had no "intentions" of harming National Security...

My bad.

Hillary is toast. So are her flunkies Cheryl Mills, Huma Wiener and the Sullivan guy. They deliberately removed classified information from a closed system and transmitted it to her over unclassified e-mail, breaking several federal laws.
ReplyDeleteWhy? Laziness, expediency, serving a very demanding queen who has an above-the-law arrogance.
Look out, GOP: Biden-Warren will generate excitement on the left and they'll be hard to beat. Joe will go right for the middle while Lie-a-watha courts the lefties.
SF,

Bingo SF. Exactly my thought. All going as planned.
DeleteIf not indicted and she in fact goes on to the nomination, the great experiment that is the United States is over.
ReplyDeleteVia Teri O'Brian and Daily caller
"Previous State Department releases of Hillary Clinton emails have contained messages from her longtime friend and intelligence-provider, Sidney Blumenthal, that have been deemed to contain some classified information. But none of the records were completely classified, as is the case with four emails Blumenthal emails released by the State Department on Friday.
Blumenthal, a former Bill Clinton White House aide, was infamously blocked from taking a job at the State Department under Clinton because of his anti-Obama campaigning in the 2008 Democratic primaries. Instead, he got a job at the Clinton Foundation and frequently sent his friend Hillary intelligence reports with information gleaned from his vast network of sources in working for foreign governments and in the private intelligence business.
The State Department has already released dozens of Blumenthal emails that contained highly sensitive information. But all of those emails had at least some portions that were viewable. That is not the case with four records released on Friday.
In addition, there’s this little nugget:
The State Department did announce on Friday, however, that it will withhold in full 22 emails that contain “top secret” information. The agency also acknowledged that the information was classified at the time the emails were created. The agency gave no indication one way or the other if any of those emails came from Blumenthal. (emphasis mine)"

I was gonna blog about those 22 emails and the prima facia fact that if the admin says they are TS, they are obligated to prosecute.

If the FBI presents prosecutable evidence and JustUs Department refuses to prosecute, the Intel community will explode all over her, and it won't be pretty.
DeleteI don't know anybody in the FBI, but I could see some very angry and damning leaking from there as well.
I bet Obama's JustUs quickly charges her and does a plea deal as quietly as possible.
As for Hellary's toadies Huma Wiener, Cheryl Mills and Sullivan, I don't think they escape serious prosecution. What they did almost rises to the level of espionage. What they did handed highly-classified information to all spying organizations with the ability to hack unclassified communications.
Does anyone really know what Hillary's
ReplyDeletepolicies are ? All I hear from her is excuses, and denials. And that the people at the debates are mean to her. Although she was way ahead in the polls, she has been slipping fast. The newspapers and TV stations are all about her email troubles and about how the FBI is investigating her. But she. never tells us how she'll solve our problems or what she knows about foreign policy (actually nothing). She's nothing more than a babbling liar whose been able to capture the hearts and minds of the Democratic sheep.

It now appears that the Obama Administration is ready to hang Hillary Clinton out to dry, for the egregious criminal actions of Hillary Clinton's use of her private unsecure email server. But he has to be very careful and not to say too much as she has the goods on him for the Bengazhi caboodle .

Promise them anything, never tell them America can't afford it.
Is Ash Carter, as rumored this morning, going to keep Petraeus as GENERAL status because he feels it's right or because he knows he can't screw Petraeus and not screw Hillary (you should pardon the expression...maybe poke a needle in your mind's eye!?)
Was the Friday night 'dump' of this information typical or coincidence? We know the Obama WH frequently dumps really important things on Friday night so most Americans and the media aren't watching, but I'm surprised the FBI did this because something about the FBI director makes me feel he's unbiased. OH, wait! the FEds probably did get the information out in a timely manner, it's Hillary's State Dept (and let's not believe it's NOT hers anymore just cuz she's not there) that dumped it late Friday night.......what WAS I thinking? :-)
Z,
DeleteThe timing of this particular news dump is extremely interesting. Perhaps the concern is that Trump would defeat Hillary, so we Dems need to anoint a different candidate?
On the one hand it's a Friday dump and on the other it does come before the Iowa primary.
DeleteIf the press were completely in the tank they would have waited till just after the primary since Bernie has N.H. well in hand under any circumstances.
There isn't going to be another candidate.
As for knowing her policies:
1. She'll go with the wind on social issues. Look for lots of freak outs in the House trying to defund PP and similar constructive initiatives by the fringe right.
2. She'll be very pro Wall St. If Schumer is the Democratic leader in the Senate then forget about it. Although I question if there is enough political will anywhere to deal with them.
3. Hawkish. Status quo snafu in the mideast. Similar to the cock up you'll get with Rubio or Cruz.
It's hard to say what the Sanders candidacy will do to push her left but she will be out of her comfort zone regardless.
Feel the Bern !
You make a good point about being right before the Iowa primary, Ducky. I think a lot of the press is in the tank more for Bernie than Hillary.
DeleteRe "Feel the Bern!" The problem is we'll ALL feel the Bern if he actually won. Who can afford free Pre K? Or free college? or single payer health care? Not America, not after getting into debt another 11 TRILLION dollars since Bush.
So easy to run as a socialist...WE'LL PAY FOR EVERYTHING!
I presume you know the stats about how, if every single gazillionaire in America gave all their money to the gov't we'd still not have close to what we need to pay for much.
And, I'm thinking those kids (because kids are about the only ones naive enough to vote for Bernie) realized that his forcing their parents to pay MUCh higher taxes would put a dent in the cash they have for pot and jeans, and they might think again before voting for him? :-)
Judicial Watch Releases Independent Counsel Memo Laying Out Criminal Case against Hillary Clinton in Whitewater Land Scandal
ReplyDeleteJANUARY 28, 2016
‘The Castle Grande transactions were crimes’
Hillary Clinton ‘destroyed’ her personal records
A case of ‘possible obstruction’ of justice
Sources say redacted portions of memoranda contain a draft indictment of Mrs. Clinton
Never-before-published prosecution memos from April 1998 say Clinton’s ‘sworn statements to the RTC, the FDIC, the Senate and the House of Representatives and to OIC … reflected and embodied materially inaccurate stories’
A 4/10/98 OIC memo uses terms ‘crime(s),’ ‘criminal,’ ‘fraudulent,’ ‘misrepresented,’ ‘inaccurate,’ ‘deceive,’ ‘mislead,’ ‘misstatement,’ and ‘concealed’ 27 times in 20 pages to describe actions by Clinton and Whitewater associates
(Washington, DC) – Judicial Watch today released 246 pages of previously undisclosed Office of Independent Counsel (OIC) internal memos revealing extensive details about the investigation of Hillary Rodham Clinton for possible criminal charges involving her activities in the Whitewater/Castle Grande fraudulent land transaction scandal. The memos are “statements of the case” against Hillary Clinton and Webster Lee “Webb” Hubbell, Hillary Clinton’s former law partner and former Associate Attorney General in the Clinton Justice Department. Ultimately, the memos show that prosecutors declined to prosecute Clinton because of the difficulty of persuading a jury to convict a public figure as widely known as Clinton. (Links to the full set of documents are below.)
Although some details of the documents have been previously reported, Judicial Watch is today publicly releasing the independent counsel prosecution memos for the first time. The prosecution memos—portions of which were heavily redacted—were obtained by Judicial Watch from the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) through a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request.
An April 10, 1998, memo summarizes “the crimes under consideration”
The records released today by Judicial Watch were prepared for an “All OIC Attorneys” meeting on April 27, 1998, at which a final decision about whether to indict Clinton and Hubbell was the subject of a lengthy debate. The records explore in detail the role Clinton played in the fraudulent Castle Grande transaction, the role of Madison Guaranty Savings & Loan, and the subsequent lengthy cover-up as the Clintons sought and won the White House. ...
Clinton, according to prosecutors, drafted an option agreement that concealed from federal bank examiners a fraudulent $300,000 cross-loan in the Castle Grande transaction. Her concealment of her role in this fraudulent transaction, including the hiding of her Rose Law Firm billing records concerning her legal work for Madison, were the subject of an OIC obstruction of justice probe.
The 1998 memoranda include substantial evidence depicting Clinton and her former Rose Law Firm partners—Hubbell, and Vincent Foster, both of whom went on to senior positions in the Bill Clinton presidency—as complicit in activities that “facilitated crimes.”
Page 18 of the OIC documents notes that Clinton “destroyed” her personal records of her work for Madison Guaranty. Page 39 of the documents notes:
Section II contains a chronological background and contextual summary of the investigation so that the facts relating to possible obstruction can be placed in the context of the ongoing investigation by OIC.
The evidence in the new documents covers: ...

ReplyDeleteVery True.

ReplyDeleteWait! She is "sorry" she was caught.
Any of us who have raised children know that "sorry" does not negate punishment because we don't want to raise sociopaths.
Could the walls be finally closing in on Hillary Clinton once and for all. After months of lies about her emails the State Department is telling a different story with news of 'Top Secret' emails on her server. Could we finally be watching the fall and the dimise of the House of Clinton?
ReplyDeleteIt's hard to say what the Obama-controlled 'law enforcement' agencies will do until obama directs them. If the dems dump her, maybe her BFF, Trump, will make her his VP.

Does anyone really know what Hillary's policies are ?
It seems as if all she know how to do is to promise anything, and then tell them that America can't afford it.
Hillary needs to be replaced with a different candidate, for the good of this country.
If her last name wasn't Clinton, Hillary would be indicted today.
ReplyDeleteHillary and her staffers broke the law. The only question left is, what will President Obama do about it?
ReplyDeleteHe could do the quick wrist-slap/plea bargain to get it over with and out of the news...
Or, if he's got it in for Hillary, JustUs will go full-bore to knock her out of the race.
One other question: If they go the wrist-slap/plea bargain route, will Democrat voters care? Will it damage Hillary with the faithful and those thinking about voting for her?
If she gets the wrist slap, as I said earlier, the Intel community will explode with a vengeance against her, and FBI will leak out all the damning details. So... Final question, will this reaction matter to voters? Will it sway them? Will it create such a firestorm that it drives Hillary from the race?
I think another question about Obama is "how damning are they to HIM?" "Is there something in there the Admin really doesn't want anybody to know that he did or suggested, something like actions in Benghazi, like 'make sure they don't stop the uprising..'? " One can only wonder...
DeleteI believe that Obama and Hillary have blackmail material on each other.
DeleteThere's also the aspect of "one hand washes the other."
And one more thing: Obama will stop at nothing so as to protect his "legacy" and to continue his policies.
Right...and I'd love to know the truth about Sanders' visit to Obama last week.
DeleteI think you'll laugh; I had coffee with a Catholic friend who's Conservative and has almost the trouble with this Pope's liberal stances as I do; It came to my mind that "This Pope is the Bernie Sanders of Catholicism!" :-)
I'll make book that the "secret" involved is explicit revelation of the drone assassination program.
ReplyDeleteWhether or not Obama wants to go after that and air it all out is very doubtful.
Everyone knows he's carrying out an assassination program so this may well be less interesting than the revelation that we hacked Nutty-yahoos drones.
Ducky,
DeleteThey won't have to reveal what the information was to prosecute her. We don't know what was in Petraeus's papers, nor ex-CIA Chief John Deutsch.
That's what everybody understands; they'd be really destroying security if they had to reveal the classified stuff. I thought they did know some of P's stuff, but maybe not?
DeleteSo that's forty more... Puts her over 1000 classified... sigh "We" would be under the jail if that were us!
ReplyDeleteProbably no one dirtier than the clintons... What else does on need to know. Murderers. Gangsters. RICO for sure.
ReplyDeleteJust found this at Teri O'Brian's site and saw some of it on Fox. This just gets worse. In my view, this has gone far beyond criminal behavior and now abuts the edge of treason, especially if U.S lives and operatives were compromised becaise of this witch.
ReplyDeleteOn yesterday’s edition of The Teri O’Brien Show, we told you about the last Friday Hillary email document dump, which contained 22 emails, so top secret that even the FBI agents investigating the former Sec. of State don’t have clearance to read them. As it turns out, according to a State Department official who spoke to the terrific Catherine Herridge. This news is just breaking this Monday morning.
From Fox News:
Highly classified Hillary Clinton emails that the intelligence community and State Department recently deemed too damaging to national security to release contain “operational intelligence” – and their presence on the unsecure, personal email system jeopardized “sources, methods and lives,” a U.S. government official who has reviewed the documents told Fox News. (emphasis mine)
The official, who was not authorized to speak on the record and was limited in discussing the contents because of their highly classified nature, was referring to the 22 “TOP SECRET” emails that the State Department announced Friday it could not release in any form, even with entire sections redacted.
The announcement fueled criticism of Clinton’s handling of highly sensitive information while secretary of state, even as the Clinton campaign continued to downplay the matter as the product of an interagency dispute over classification. But the U.S. government official’s description provides confirmation that the emails contained closely held government secrets. “Operational intelligence” can be real-time information about intelligence collection, sources and the movement of assets.
The official emphasized that the “TOP SECRET” documents were sent over an extended period of time — from shortly after the server’s 2009 installation until early 2013 when Clinton stepped down as secretary of state.
Separately, Rep. Mike Pompeo, R-Kan., who sits on the House intelligence committee, said the former secretary of state, senator, and Yale-trained lawyer had to know what she was dealing with.
“There is no way that someone, a senior government official who has been handling classified information for a good chunk of their adult life, could not have known that this information ought to be classified, whether it was marked or not,” he said. “Anyone with the capacity to read and an understanding of American national security, an 8th grade reading level or above, would understand that the release of this information or the potential breach of a non-secure system presented risk to American national security.” (emphasis mine)
Pompeo also suggested the military and intelligence communities have had to change operations, because the Clinton server could have been compromised by a third party.
“Anytime our national security team determines that there’s a potential breach, that is information that might potentially have fallen into the hands of the Iranians, or the Russians, or the Chinese, or just hackers, that they begin to operate in a manner that assumes that information has in fact gotten out,” Pompeo said.
