After listening to Marco Rubio yesterday on two or three shows, I realized I could never support him. What a merciless, conniving, smug, self-serving bastard he turns out to be! He is vigorously portraying himself as anti-Hispanic in order to curry favor with the Rednecks, the Blacks, the Coneheads and the Legalists.
The blacks HATE the "illegals," because the "illegals" WORK very hard, very well, and are GRATEFUL for the employment, and the blacks do NOT. The blacks just want as much as they can get for as little effort possible. They figure we owe it to them -- like most native-born Americans black or white these days.
Our priorities are DEAD wrong.

ReplyDeleteI heard a bit of Rubio yesterday and was, likewise, disappointed. But, for the sake of argument, what if in 2016 it came down to Rubio v Hillary? I understand that all too often we are faced with the "lesser of two evils" situation but it becomes a fact-of-life that the [greater] of two evils must be recognized and rejected. Aside from the scenario that I've posed there is plenty of time to evaluate Republican candidates with respect to thier individual merits, in total. I can't think of ONE, existing, Democrat that I'd want to see in office; especially in light of the clean-up that will be necessitated if and when we ever get rid of B.O.!
The fact that We the People and our elected officials cannot, will not, do not stop this abuse is enraging. Every day there is so much get up and be madder than hell about.

However, the black culture of victimhood and the yearning of so many blacks for reparations are sabotaging race relations in America; John McWhorter, who is a black linguiest wrote a book on that topic: Losing the Race: Self-sabotage in Black America.
Americans are more divided now that we were in 2007. At least, so it seems to me.

Porous borders with Canada and Mexico have enabled al Qaeda, Hezbollah, Hamas and other likeminded jihadist groups to infiltrate into the United States. Furthermore, illegal immigration from Mexico is especially dangerous because of crime from gangs of thugs who enter the us through Mexico andcommit crimes such as murder, rape and drug dealing. They are also known for a price to smuggle al Qaeda operatives into America. In addition to all this,with illegal immigration it brings higher welfare cost, increased chances of the spread of contagious disease, such as TB,plus more environometal degradation and more urban sprawl.

First off I'm sorry to hear that you have been sick; there's been a lot of that lately.
I realize that Rubio is just one of eight but he happened to be the messenger. I didn't hear the complete presentation but what I did hear was, at best, confusing.
Color me skeptical but I find it unrealistic to think that many of those, here illegally, will come out of the shadows to:
1)Pay a "registration fee"
2) Pay a [renewable] "fine"
3) Forgo all government benifits, while proving that they are "gainfully employed" (presumed to be paying taxes)
4) Pay "back taxes"(?)
5) Wait 15 years for Citizenship
Also, please understand that I do not suffer from the illusion of having all of the answers to this complex problem. I'm pretty sure, however,that none of these schemes have a chance to work without a Border completely impervious to a breach.
