ReplyDeleteWe ate at O'Charlies last night, I had the "combo meal" steak, baby back ribs, smashed potatoes, rolls, butter, salad. I weigh the same as I have most of my adult life, tall and slender, my cholesterol is wonderful, my doctor says I will live forever.
