Pay Attention!

Please investigate for yourself by following all links below.

Excerpt (teaser):
  • The FBI paid Twitter $3.5 million to censor conservatives.
  • The FBI pressured Twitter to give them information that would legally require warrants, though they did not have warrants.
  • Leading up to the 2020 election, the FBI would eventually hold weekly meetings with Twitter and tell them whose tweets to squelch and which accounts they wanted to be suspended. Almost all were those of conservatives.
  • The FBI knew the Hunter Biden laptop story was real, they knew it was coming out — weeks before the 2020 election — and they told Big Tech to expect a “Russian disinformation” drop and squelch the story. That means the FBI corrupted the election to help Joe “totally showered with his daughter, Ashley” Biden.
  • There are so many former FBI employees at Twitter that they have their own Slack channel.
  • And...

...Twitter wasn’t the only Big Tech firm hip-deep in spooks.  The feds had their fingers in Verizon, Reddit, Facebook, Microsoft, and, for some reason, Pinterest....

Why People Don't Trust The FBI

 By Warren.

As most of you know, I live in Indiana. Several years ago, in Indiana, if you had a license to carry a concealed weapon, you could walk into a gun store and buy a pistol or long gun only having to fill out the required Federal form -- ATF Form 4473 -- and you could walk out with the firearm.

This was normal, and you had already gone through the local police, been fingerprinted, gone through a background check, submitted 3 personal recommendations attesting to character, a State police check, and an FBI background check. At that time, an FBI check meant that they would have to search written records -- if you had a file/record. The process would take -- at the very least --  a month. In my case it took longer.

The reason for that delay?  I had an FBI record, so someone would have to physically find the record and see what was in it. The reason I had a record?  I had a secret security clearance, and my entire life had been researched by the FBI before the clearance was granted.

Several years later, the National Instant Criminal Background Check System (NICS) was instituted, and I bought a .22 caliber rifle at a gun show. Even though I had a license to carry a concealed weapon, the sale was put on hold for 3 days before I could acquire the rifle. The rule was the FBI had to respond within 3 days or the purchase could go through.

Things in Indiana are different now. I no longer even need a license to carry concealed -- although I have one. Getting a license was the reason I started to become curious about the FBI.

Later on, there were Ruby Ridge, the Branch Davidians, the ruination of Richard Jewell, Clivan Bundy, Dr Steven J Hatill and several other incidents that pointed out the shabbiness and extralegal operations of the FBI.  All that shabbiness and the various extralegal operations of the FBI are why I don't trust the FBI -- or, for that matter, any other agency of the Government.

I came across a series of articles from The Capital Research Center, an investigative think tank that was "established in 1984 to examine how foundations, charities, and other nonprofits spend money and get involved in politics and advocacy, often in ways that donors never intended and would find abhorrent."

See a culmination of several articles with links to other articles related to the FBI.

Read it or remain ignorant.

Your choice.

Politicized Justice In America

Tucker Carlson, regardless of what you think of him, makes very important points in the video below. Watch and consider:

How can our republic be united and survive survive such a tainted justice system? "Equality under the law" is dead!

Beyond Orwellian.

Kafka-esque.

Depressing.

See President Biden: The Chastisement of the American People by Tammy Swofford (June 3, 2022).

Just one of the points made in the above essay:
...Forcing Americans into a fossil fuel crisis with the hope that we will all purchase electric vehicles is akin to a barren forty-five year old couple spending lavishly on a nursery for the newborn that will never arrive. But the fools keep shelling out money to the fertility specialist who promises them a future and gives birth to the wind....
[...]
...“Clean energy” is just the Ponzi scheme that enriches the wealthy and impoverishes the average American. We are indeed, impoverished now – with the fuel crisis. But “clean energy” is just one of the many dark money schemes hoisted upon the American People....

US Government: "Harmless as an enemy, treacherous as a friend"

Silverfiddle Rant!
The US government is a clear and present danger.  To the world and to We The People.

Do We The People still exercise any control over our government?  Obama couldn't get us out of Afghanistan.  Hell, he couldn't even close Gitmo.  Trump couldn't get us out of Afghanistan, and the permanent unelected bureaucracy (The Blob) slow-rolled him on every initiative.

Finally, Biden is pulling out of Afghanistan, but in the ugliest, stupidest way possible.

How many tragic train wrecks has The Blob perpetrated with zero consequences? No one fired after 9/11. Libya, Iraq, Vietnam, feeding China for 30 years & allowing corporations to sell them technology, hollowing out our factory towns, Latin America hates us thanks to decades of CIA sponsorship of death, destruction and humiliation of their governments and their people.

Domestic Spying, Anyone?

Apparently, Heimatland Sicherheit is not good enough at spying on us, so they are looking to outsource:  Homeland Security Considers Outside Firms to Analyze Social Media After Jan. 6 Failure.

I bet Stan McChrystal and his K Street security firm is all over that one, but he'll have to fight the Silicon Valley World Controllers for that juicy contract...

Here are some people who say it way better than I can...

Glenn Greenwald: The Media Controls What We See
"Why should American citizens risk their lives to determine how Khanadar is governed when instead, Americans aren't being governed very well at all, in life expectancy and every idea of happiness is declining." -- Glenn Greenwald
Matt Taibbi: We Never Learn
"As the Taliban waltzes into Kabul, the look of surprise on the faces of top officials should frighten us most of all." -- Matt Taibbi

Mark Steyn: The Scale of Humiliation

"One of the depressing aspects of the Swamp is that everything becomes a racket - including even your armed forces. Look at that buffoon at top right, the guy who heads the Joint Chiefs of Staff, General Thoroughly Modern Milley: that's an awful lot of chest ribbonry for a nation that hasn't won a war in three-quarters of a century.

America is not "too big to fail": It's failing by almost every metric right now. The world-record brokey-brokey-brokeness manifested by the current spending bills is only possible because the US dollar is the global currency. When that ends, we're Weimar with smartphones."  -- Mark Steyn
J.D. Vance: America's Regime is Not Fit to Lead
My heart breaks that these dead may have died in vain. But they won’t if we learn the long-term lesson of Afghanistan: the people who lead this country aren’t fit for the task.

But this is not merely the consequence of seven months of disastrous Biden policy, it is the failure of the entire American regime. Every major institution in our country revealed itself as a farce.

What Afghanistan shows, not just over the last two chaotic months but over the last two tragic decades, is that the American regime is not fit to lead this country. That regime, unfortunately, operates independently of political leadership. It is the Pentagon bureaucracy that lies to our president about troop levels, the State Department that thinks the women of Afghanistan need gender studies programs more than security, the “top” universities that teach our elites to be stupid conformists, and the media that cover for these institutions instead of telling the truth about them.

We tried to change the regime in Afghanistan, and we failed. If there is a silver lining in that failure, it reveals that one regime in the world is desperately in need of change: America’s

Expertendammerung: "a Fireball of Public Anger"

Silverfiddle Rant!
"Should it turn out that scientists and experts and NGOs, etc. are villains rather than heroes of this story, we may very well see the expert-worshiping values of modern liberalism go up in a fireball of public anger."

"Lab leaks happen. They aren’t the result of conspiracies: “a lab accident is an accident,” as Nathan Robinson points out; they happen all the time, in this country and in others, and people die from them.

By the way, right-wingers didn’t dream up “gain of function”: all the cool virologists have been doing it (in this country and in others) even as the squares have been warning against it for years.

Think of all the disasters of recent years:
economic neoliberalism, destructive trade policies, the Iraq War, the housing bubble, banks that are “too big to fail,” mortgage-backed securities, the Hillary Clinton campaign of 2016 — all of these disasters brought to you by the total, self-assured unanimity of the highly educated people who are supposed to know what they’re doing, plus the total complacency of the highly educated people who are supposed to be supervising them."

This is why normal people with common sense no longer lap up what the Inofotainment Media Complex pukes out.  As Farmer wisely reminds us, today's "experts" have no skin in the game, so we should never make the mistake of automatically trusting them.

The Railroading Of General Flynn

The story that loyal members of the Democrat Party and the mainstream media are downplaying or ignoring altogether:

Related reading: The Politicized Order Inviting Amicus Briefs against the Flynn Case’s Dismissal by Andrew C. McCarthy (May 13, 2020). Excerpt:
...There is no complex legal issue to be resolved. DOJ’s dismissal motion may be politically controversial, but legally it is pro forma. The only branch of government constitutionally authorized to proceed with a criminal prosecution is the executive. The Justice Department has declined to prosecute. There is nothing for the judge to do besides the ministerial task of ending the case on the court’s records.

Lest we forget, the primary function of the federal judiciary is to protect the accused from overbearing government action, not to agitate for the prosecution of Americans. Even if he’s convinced Flynn is as guilty as the day is long, one might expect Judge Sullivan to be disturbed by the FBI’s perjury trap....
Read the entire essay HERE.

FYI: Eric Holder rejoined Covington & Burling, General Flynn's first attorneys, as partner, after he left the office of United States Attorney General in 2015.

And then there's this: Flynn’s original FD-302 is so important, the Special Counsel had to leak a prosecution threat against Flynn’s son just to avoid turning it over to his original lawyers Covington.

Read more about an FD-302 HERE.   Amazing, really  and disturbing.

There is so much to this travesty of justice inflicted upon General Flynn! Commenters, please feel free to add additional important information in the comments thread.

More Obama Administration Corruption Uncovered

Silverfiddle Rant!
Just in case anyone missed this...

The Justice Department has concluded that it should have ended its surveillance of a former Trump campaign adviser earlier than it did because it lacked "insufficient predication" to continue eavesdropping, according to an order made public Thursday by the secretive Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court.
The court has demanded explanations from the Justice Department by next week about the four applications, and information about how the secrecy of the material was being protected, as well as explanations about the "related investigations" and litigation referenced by the department.

Obama ain't the king no more, so corruption like Fast and Furious, giving lawbreaker Hillary a sweetheart deal, and using the IRS to attack political enemies can no longer be swept under the rug.  We've only seen the tip of Obama trash pile they furiously tried to bury as they scurried for the exits.

Ukraine Timeline

Silverfiddle Rant!
John Soloman--the investigative journalist whose name provokes slobbering Pavlovian rage in leftwing obscurantists--has published a comprehensive and well-documented Ukraine Timeline.

I publish this not to damn Joe Biden, nor to engage in whataboutism, nor to divert attention from the actions of President Trump and his operatives.  I bring this to you as a guide for all of us.

Ukraine Enterprises - American Roofs

Regardless of where you stand politically, reading this timeline reveals how various Ukraine factions paid for official US imprimatur to shield themselves from other factions.  Who is corrupt and who is clean depends on who is in power, but that can be trumped (pardon the phrase) by who has an American Roof: Well-connected US officials who vouch for you, call your enemies corrupt, and steer US favors and money as a system of rewards and punishment.

This is one more sad example of how well-connected private US citizens use their US government contacts to make money, peddling influence and opening doors to foreign actors to inveigle themselves into our government's official policy-making.

Please read the linked timeline and tell us what you think.

See 'Scorched Earth': Mueller's Targets Speak Out by Paul Sperry at RealClear Investigations.

The last two paragraphs therefrom:
Ex-Trump campaign official Michael Caputo, who went public earlier, complaining he had to remortgage his house after having to hire expensive Washington lawyers, wants Mueller and his team investigated for “prosecutorial abuses.” “Ruining lives was blood sport for them,” he said.

[Journalist Art] Moore agreed: “You look at the lives ruined — Corsi, Michael Flynn and others. That alone is enough to warrant a special investigation.”
Read the rest HERE.

Look. I understand that a lot of people don't like Donald Trump.  Disliking, even hating, any given President is an American tradition. But resorting to the methods as described in the RealClear Investigations essay cited above?

Such measures are Kafka-esque. Orwellian.

Some say the methods of an attempted coup.

Summing Up — Thus Far

A follow-on to Silverfiddle's blog post Howls of the DC Damned:

Then, again, we have what Robert Mueller said yesterday, May 29, 2018, in his statement, which has again ramped up calls for impeachment:
... [I]f we had had confidence that the president clearly did not commit a crime, we would have said so....
Full statement HERE, which some interpret as goading Congress to act and which some interpret as muddying the waters for the 2020 General Election.

Additional reading: Bob Mueller Runs and Hides in Eight Minutes to Avoid Having to Answer One Key Question by Roger L. Simon:
...When did you know there was no collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia?

If the answer, as many, including Andrew C. McCarthy [See THIS], are indicating, is somewhere in Fall 2017, what in the Sam Hill was Mueller doing putting the country through two years of prolonged agony? It's not likely he did all this to prop up CNN's faltering ratings.

Was it, just by chance, to induce obstruction from one Donald J. Trump who -- like a relatively normal person but with a shorter fuse than most, justifiable in this case -- would react like a stuck pig to being falsely charged for so long? That would have been essentially entrapment....

¡Viva el Presidente!

Silverfiddle Rant!
Corruption is killing many struggling countries around the world.  Yes, we have corruption in the US, but we are so wealthy, with so much easy credit sloshing around, chiselers can rake off their take without the stupefied public taking notice.

Not so in poor countries.  Hunger and misery serve to sharpen the senses and narrow an intense focus on injustice.  Haiti is mired in misery nine years after an earthquake made the miserable nation even crappier.  Over $13 billion in aid has poured in (as of 2015), and outraged Haitians are asking where the hell it all went, because it sure has hell didn't go to the people.

Mexico is also afflicted by endemic corruption...
MEXICO CITY (Reuters) - Mexican President Andres Manuel Lopez Obrador said on Monday he will create a “Robin Hood” institute to return to the people the ill-gotten wealth seized from corrupt politicians and gangsters.

A 2017 report by the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development noted that recent studies estimated that Mexico lost between 5 percent and 9 percent of its gross domestic product (GDP) to corruption annually. (Reuters)
Mexico's GDP is just north of $1 Trillion, so the amount stolen by corrupt oligarchs and criminal syndicates is staggering $50 to $100 Billion. That's how a country ends up a shithole despite having good, hardworking people.

I fear he will be killed before he reforms the system. May God bless and protect President Obrador.

"The Memo"? Updated

Could this be true? If so, the federal bureaucracy has become rogue agencies and, possible, traitors in that they broke their oaths to uphold the Constitution of the United States (hat tip to Infidel Bloggers Alliance for the short video below):

The minute that any member of any branch of our gubmint doesn't want WE THE PEOPLE to have access to something, WE THE PEOPLE should demand to have access to that something. After all, all of our elected gubmint officials are supposed to be the elected public servants of WE THE PEOPLE.

Update:

The memo's text is HERE. So far, that site hasn't crashed. HERE is the Scribd link, which stays up or goes down according to how busy the traffic is.
