If only we had an attorney general that was as aggressive and unconcerned with appearing partisan as Eric Holder or Loretta Lynch he would wipe the smirk off that Strozk's face with an indictment! At the very least Strzok is guilty of thoroughly unprofessional conduct unbecoming an employee of the FBI or any other federal agency. That may not be technically classified as a crime, just as "collusion" is not technically a crime, but it certainly must be classified as an offense warranting summary termination of employment on discovery, and if it's not, then by God ought to be.
Apparently, in the corrupt culture of Washington, D.C., the definition of a prosecutable offense is fluid and entirely subject to the whims and caprices of whomever happens to hold the reins of power at any given interval.
In ther words, like it or not, REALPOLITIK almost invariably holds sway.
Doesn't mitigate the fact that at present, an AG would have to invent a crime to indict Strozk with. Apparently, that's not an issue with the 'pragmatists'?
