Distrbing that NO ONE among your many fans and followers bohered to listen and comment on this lovely chamber work by a composer famous almost excusively for the OPERAS he wrote –– and for his vivid, dramatic setting of the REQUIEM MASS.I have to admit I have not had time to listen to this, even now. I've been entertaning two sets of houseguests for the past week, and am frankly exhausted, but I thought it only right and proper at the very least to ACKNOWLEDGE your attempt to bring a bit of light and sanity to the darkness, chaos and infuriating sense of futility dominating our political landscape. Please continue trying to enlighten us with these beautiful musical selections, even if no one seems ti appreciate your efforts in that direction.
FT,Most readers of political blogs are uninterested in classical music. Oh, well.
