A few days ago, an astute former-blogger, whom I personally know yet rarely hear from, sent me important emails containing information that every American should know.

Most of the body of the first email is below (emphases mine). Please refrain from commenting until you have digested all of the material below:
...It seems that everyone on the right side of the political equation attaches everything that's wrong to Democrat politics or incompetence.

No one ever considers globalist agendas, even after Deese's recent statement. I have been following much of the narrative delivered at Davos and looking at the Biden Administration's policies and actions since Day 1, then considering the outsourced corruption delivered through Hunter's business activities, and see nothing but globalist agendas on steroids.

The U.S. is the world's economic powerhouse, between our banking, brokerage and military might, and as such is the main obstacle to a world government. The only way we could be brought to heel so that we could be absorbed into a world government would be if, currency devalued and natural resource recovery denied, we became totally dependent on other countries for our basic needs.

The only way the American people would go along with the kind of government that would render us subservient to a world order would be if we were made desperate enough for a return to order from economic dismay, squalid quality of life problems and murderous crime that we would cede liberty to the government to make it happen, and everything we've seen under the Biden Administration seems to point in that direction.

Worse, the entire EV and solar energy spectrum revolves around doing business with Communist China, both because they have control over the mineral production needed and because Biden environmental regulations would prevent us from domestically producing our own "green" products.

What we're actually looking at is the globalist left, who know that America cannot be absorbed into a world government unless our economy is trampled to the extent that we are dependent on other countries for our basic needs and our currency has been devalued to the point that it's no longer the world's reserve currency, are working to achieve their agendas via the Biden Administration and the Democratic Party.
Our present suffering is no accident.  Rather, it is created by design.

Our present suffering will continue.  Brace yourselves for it.

Remember this...It's not a conspiracy theory if forces really are conspiring against you!

Neo-Feudalism

Silverfiddle Rant!
Joel Kotkin casts a weather eye on California governor Gavin Newsom outsourcing his state's economic recovery to a task force of high tech robber barons:

When Steyer and other members of the task force—one can’t help but compare them to the crime commission run in New York City by Charles “Lucky” Luciano—decide to open the economy, they will no doubt claim, as with their climate pieties, that they are acting purely on the basis of “science”—as long as it agrees with their conclusions.

Meanwhile, the world's billionaire plutocrats continue to be targeted by the victims of globalism. This could get good:

Most people want billionaires to pitch in to aid poverty and inequality
NEW YORK, April 29 (Thomson Reuters Foundation) - Eight out of 10 people think billionaires should help end poverty, inequality and a host of global ills, a poll showed on Wednesday, as funding shortages and the new coronavirus stymied hopes of meeting the United Nations' development goals for 2030.
Around the world, there are more than 2,000 billionaires worth a combined $10 trillion, said Martijn Lampert, research director of Glocalities.
"People see that billionaires have a moral obligation to contribute," he said. "This crisis shows the huge inequalities there are, and in the end I think every billionaire has to show his or her true color."
"We will need to tax high-net worth, especially after the current disaster," said Jeffrey Sachs, head of the Sustainable Development Solutions Network, a U.N. initiative, who was involved in the study.
Those billionaires are smart people who have an uncanny ability to read a poker table and decide when to hold ‘em and when to fold ‘em (RIP, Kenny Rogers!) They know how to negotiate and come out on top. They won't go down easy, but they have sown the seeds for the bitter fruit people are pelting them with.

They’ve all been talking socialistic crap for years, while sluicing trickles of their vast fortunes smartly and efficiently:  Dodging taxation that hands money to inefficient governments and wasteful NGOs. Instead, they have maximized their bang for the buck by forming their own global philanthropic organizations to feed and inoculate the poor and address global ills.

Look for billionaires to defend this model as they ramp up doling out billions, publicly and loudly, even as people clamor for more. As government models continue to reveal their inherent weaknesses, we could end up witnessing a new global feudalism where the billionaire world controllers eclipse and marginalize hapless government and exercise direct power and influence over a reshaped hierarchy of lords, vassals and peasants.

Think it will happen?  Maybe not.  I take comfort in the notion--brilliantly articulated by Puckish Canadian David Warren-- that The World Cannot be Fixed.

The Chinese Virus

Silverfiddle Rant!
Proof there is a God:

Despite our criminally stupid government, the nation yet endures.

China produces around 90% of our pharmaceuticals, holds near-monopoly on rare earth elements, and our dependence on them for food and everyday household items is disconcerting.

Why would supposedly responsible people in government, Democrats and Republicans, think its a good idea to hand so much power over us to a brutal communist dictatorship that has publicly stated its goal is to overtake us economically, militarily, and replace us as the dominant force on the globe?

From Project Syndicate:
The COVID-19 pandemic should be a wake-up call for a world that has accepted China’s lengthening shadow over global supply chains for far too long. Only by reducing China’s global economic influence – beginning in the pharmaceutical sector – can the world be kept safe from the country's political pathologies.
It is also clear the communist dictatorship plays by its own rules, and gets by with it:
If any other country had triggered such a far-reaching, deadly, and above all preventable crisis, it would now be a global pariah. But China, with its tremendous economic clout, has largely escaped censure. Nonetheless, it will take considerable effort for Xi’s regime to restore its standing at home and abroad.
Can you imagine Germany, Japan or other responsible nations performing such a dark passive aggressive threat disguised as hurt feelings?
China’s leaders are publicly congratulating themselves for not limiting exports of medical supplies and APIs used to make medicines, vitamins, and vaccines. If China decided to ban such exports to the United States, the state-run news agency Xinhua recently noted, the US would be “plunged into a mighty sea of coronavirus.” China, the article implies, would be justified in taking such a step. It would simply be retaliating against “unkind” US measures taken after COVID-19’s emergence, such as restricting entry to the US by Chinese and foreigners who had visited China.
Isn’t the world lucky that China is not that petty?
What say you?
