    1. Democrat nutballs on parade. President Donald J. Trump has Democrats on a runaway train to Batshiteville.

I like Al Greene much better as a singer.

  2. Socialists and Progressives like Rational Nation Les, and his Progressive friend actually aim for the same totalitarian ends, by only slightly different means.

  3. Here’s what’s really going on here.... The Dem’s are trying to wear us down as their only tactic to win 2020. They know most people don’t like confrontation and they think if they keep creating confrontation eventually it will wear us down to the point where we will pick a different candidate. This part is blowing up in their face and backfiring by making Trumps base stronger and opening the eyes of many independents as to what the Dems really are. There’s a 2nd side to this as well... The Dems are using this as a way to try and scare the shit out of anyone else on the right to think about running for President after Trump. They know the average person could never withstand all of what Trump has had to face here with their relentless badgering and disgusting behavior and countless lies. For them this is not only about this election but for all elections moving forward because they are Fascists in the truest sense of the word!

    3. That's the best summation of the Democrat's antics and toxic agenda yet articulated Darth. Thank you!

I would only add that every minute wasted on the Marathon Witch Hunt, which started as soon as the Trump candidacy began, and wasted on this lunatic Impeachment Farce has been a moment spent FRUSTRATING, BLOCKING, THWARTING the implementation of our president's excellent AGENDA, and WASTING vast sms of OUR money that could have and should have been spent helping to fund serious projects like the Wall on our Southern Border –– and shoring up our crumbling infrastructure.

I suspect THAT has been the TRUEST, most REALISTIC motive for all the Demosheningans all along. Those stinking bastards would ratherdestroy the country than do one thing that might help Presient Trump look good in the eyes of the public.

They couldn't PREVENT President Trump from being elected, and they've never had a prayer of a chance of OUSTING him –– something I believe the Marxicrat Bastards have kown all along –– BUT they could DELAY and even PREVENT the president from realizing many of his laudable plans for the benefit of OUR nation, and in THAT –– thanks to the cooperation and full suppoert of the Soros-Globalist-Funded ENEMEDIA –– they've been hideously successful –– the filthy bastards.

  4. It’s very sad, and disheartening to see our beloved country being brought down by these ignoramuses, who are champions of Socialism, and encouraged by this new bread of Socialist Democrats. Who can’t appreciate our Freedoms, and what our President has been putting up with to Make our Country Great again, and keep her Great.

  5. My view is a bit different on the nonsense show of Nancy.... It dawned on them that Trump really really wants a trial. In a moment of clarity it occurred that Trump would hang them all on their own petard including shifty Shiff.

    1. If he wants a trial then why the opposition to witnesses that he directed not to appear before the house inquiry?

Innocent folks generally have NO problem with ANY witness if they've done NOTHING wrong.

      Delete
    2. Pelosi, Schiff and Nadler should have went to the courts to enforce their subpoenas. The House investigates and establishes the case, which includes deposing witnesses. The Senate decides.

Bill Clinton's impeachment trial in the Senate had no witnesses testify.

      Delete
    3. In Clinton's trial, the witnesses testified in video depositions. I'm pretty sure the Dems would be okay with that in this instance.

      Delete
    4. The Democrats' impeachment articles are de facto half-baked if they need to call new witnesses. The time for document gathering and deposing witnesses is during the house impeachment hearings.

    6. The Senate having sole power to try impeachment means they could sequester prosecutors in Guantamo Bay (it's not waterboarding if you use kerosene) and interrogate them under new and exciting rules of discovery. Sure they can plead the fifth but by the 6th plea they're simgin'

      /sarcasm?

  6. President Trump Impeached?
Really? Well lets NOT jump to Conclusions!
According to the United States Constitution, a vote does NOT automatically completer the process.
According to the United States Constitution The House MUST actually send the Managers to the SENATE to Prosecute the Impeachment and the Senate MUST actually hold a trial before the Impeachment is official.
And if the House does not communicate it’s Impeachment to the Senate it hasn’t actually Impeached the president.
So, President Trump could legitimately say that HE WASN’T TRULY IMPEACHED AT ALL.
If the House votes to Impeach but doesn’t send the Articles to the Senate or send the Impeachment Managers there to carry out the message It hasn't applied to the Constitution’s description of “Impeachment”.... And as yet this has not happened, and Pelousy hasn’t complied to these rules.

    1. The point of Impeachment is to get the Court to release the President's tax returns to House Committees so that actual financial crimes can be "discovered". The Court has previously stated that the House has no legitimate "legislative purposes" in making the demand. Now, with "impeachment" in the offing, it does...

  8. After the senate goes against impeachment how long will it be before the next impeachment inquiry begins, next day or will they give it the weekend. This is the forth try to get at trump and their case is flimsy at best. The only thing the democrats have is discipline. They follow the yellow dog wherever she takes them. How stupid are people who will vote for a major bill without even even seeing it.

  9. The corrupt Republicans in the Senate will let this traitor off. The won't allow key witnesses, they wont allow critical documents-including the unedited transcript of the phone call. O'Connell has already professed he won't do his job. It's a farce. Thank the Dems for calling out this human stain.

    1. It was up to the Democrats to depose witnesses and gather evidence. The Senate trial then evaluates the charges based on that.

    2. Yes, nothing in the constitution says the president has to hand a congressional lynch mob the rope.

The proper course of action for congressional Democrats is to go to court to enforce their subpoenas.

    8. Executive privilege. That is what the president is asserting.

Democrats were too impatient to go to the courts and get a decision. Bad on them.

The branches are coequal. The President doesn't have to hand stuff over just because a crazed partisan lunatic in congress says so. We are a nation of laws. The Democrats did not seek recourse to the law.

Finally, if their case is so strong, they don't need the witnesses, right?

Or are they bringing half-baked articles?

You lefties need to think through your propaganda talking points. I understand your confusion; the Democrat party hasn't issued you the formal talking points, and thinking for yourself can be so hard.

      Delete
    9. Silver... I wasn't aware he was asserting Exec Priv. The last I heard, Pres Trump was still claiming "absolute immunity" from prosecution and/or investigation. Don't any conservatives have a problem with such an assertion?

      Delete
    10. Dave,

Call it what you want. The constitution grants congress oversight of the executive branch execution of their laws.

What they can or cannot demand from the President is unclear, and its up to the courts to decide.

      Delete
    11. Silver... they're not my words, they're President Trump's. Absolute Immunity is granted to the President. In his view.

I disagree, and apparently, by your statement, so do you.

The question is whether Congressional Republicans or other conservatives do.

Because one day you can bet if Trump's claim is allowed, a Dem will claim it too.

    4. Duck... keep feeling better.

As for the two recent articles calling for Trump's removal, has being a conservative come down to supporting Pres Trump?

For the most part, both publications would fit squarely into the Reagan group of 90% agreement. But that seems to not be good enough for many supporters of Trump.

Specifically regarding the CT article by Mark Galli, move past the paragraph on impeachment. Let's say that debatable.

Was he inaccurate with his critique of Pres Trump's morals? I noticed not a songle one of Trump's defenders in the press or from the Christian Right who slammed CT, men like Ralph Reed, Johnnie Moore or Falwell, stepped up and argued against that claim.

It's that claim that is roiling the Christian church today. That in the past believers said a man of low moral character was not qualified to be president. And now, with a man of low moral character in the office, somehow he is.

Either what evangelicals said for years was wrong or a bunch of lies, or they've changed their position.

But what Galli said about the impact on the work of the church being harder now because of this, seems to be true.

  11. The senate does need to call everyone involved including uncle joe a sonny boy. I would be nice to present all of the evidence on both sides instead of just the leftist side of the argument. If the evidence proves trump broke the law then he should be removed.
While they are at it we could have a hearing on obama paying ransom to iran which is against US policy. Can he be impeached retroactively?

    2. Not true that liberals have disdain for Isreal. It is true that liberals, and even some conservatives, have issues with Israeli policy. Nothing odd about that.

BTW, if liberals disdain Isreal why are the majority of Americans of Jewish faith democrats?

You skud, like many of the belching flaming right-wingers always express dubious claims W/O ever citing credible sources to back up your bogus claims.

To take that further it is astounding why anyone who works for a living are democrats. The share what I work for with those who Choose not to work position of the democrats confounds me.

As a lifelong fiscal conservative and social liberal I have a hard time accepting either party as my own and that is the reason I am an independent.

    6. Upon checking, something I should have done earlier, Silver is correct. A president could be impeached retroactively which would preclude the individual from holding any federal posistion or if a one term president from eer running for the presidency again.
