Intolerable Behavior

By Sam Huntington

In 2008, white Americans overwhelmingly elected Barack Obama. Three years later, the nation is an economic disaster, and Americans are becoming all too aware of the fact that Mr. Obama has lied to them at the outset of his first campaign. Accordingly, voters are lining up to oust Mr. Obama —as they should. The United States cannot afford four more years of Marxist programs originating from the White House. His tax policy is destroying American businesses, both large and small, and destroying middle class households. He has launched a multi-faceted attack upon our traditional values, and capitalized on the worst aspects of class, racial, and gender warfare.

Worse, Mr. Obama has failed to acknowledge, much less take responsibility for his leadership and policy failures.

But on 17 April 2012, Juan Williams announced that nothing would better demonstrate how racist America is than Mr. Obama’s failure to achieve reelection. I shake my head. Mr. Williams is a well-educated man —so why is he playing a much-undeserved race card at this point in the election cycle?

If the new “affirmative action” election cycle demands charges of racism for our refusal to reelect a failed president, then all I can say is that our country is morally bankrupt.

How do we get around this … problem?

  1. Let's see....We've gone from equal opportunity regardless of race to entitlement to the Office of President of the United States BASED ON RACE.

When Obama was running for President in 2008, I said, "A lot of people will vote for Obama to prove to themselves that they are not racists."

The "affirmative action" election cycle, indeed.

"White guilt" has been promoted for decades now and should not be discounted as a factor as we view the results of the 2008 National Election and as we consider the 2012 National Election.

A lot of conservatives are saying that if Obama loses the 2012 National Election, America will have race riots. Could that be true? So much -- the mainstream media, institutions of education, and Obama himself -- may well be setting the stage for such an eventuality.

  2. I CALL OBAMA SPINELESS. HE’S A LOUD-MOUTHED BIGOT, AND THE WAY THAT HE DEALS WITH AMERICA'S ENEMIES IS COWARDLY. BARACK OBAMA HAS FAILED ON THE ECONOMY, ON IMMIGRATION, AND OBAMA CONTINUE TO WASTE TAXPAYER DOLLARS ON CAMPAIGN PUBLICITY STUNTS, AND HIS WIFE’S EXTRAVAGANT VACATIONS. THE SAME MICHELLE OBAMA, WHO STATED ON FEBRUARY 18, 2008 "FOR THE FIRST TIME IN MY ADULT LIFE I AM REALLY PROUD OF MY COUNTRY." IS SHE ONLY PROUD OF HER COUNTRY BECAUSE HER HUSBAND CAMPAIGNS TO BE ITS LEADER AND PREVIOUSLY HAS NOT BEEN PROUD OF HER COUNTRY? OBAMA’S CHANGE MADE THINGS WORSE!
THIS IS THE PRESIDENTIAL CANDIDATE ENDORSED BY LOUIS FARRAKHAN, THE NATION OF ISLAM, REV. JEREMIAH WRIGHT, THE NEW BLACK PANTHER PARTY AND OTHER ANTI-WHITE AND ANTI-SEMITIC HATE GROUPS
    OBAMA HAS FAILED! BIG TIME!

  3. Juan Williams 180 degrees wrong.

In the past, I have observed just the opposite.

When Frank Robinson became the first black manager in Major League Baseball, people said that now we can see that baseball is not prejudiced.

But one wag observed that MLB will really prove it is not racist when it fires its first black manager.

We make this election a true plebiscite and find out where Americans really stand.

  5. Juan Williams was on T.V.last night with Michelle Malkin and insisted the Tea Party had racist elements. She insisted that he provide proof of which he said he could not. My opinion of Mr Williams is decreasing by the day.

  6. There is a legal strategy where an attorney never asks a witness any question he or she doesn’t already know the answer to; I have heard conservatives’ discussing this strategy as it relates to a Constitutional Convention.

It has been my argument that the American people need to reestablish the constitutional framework of our founding fathers; there are several “amendments” that I think must be thrown out. One of these is the 14th Amendment, giving citizenship to anchor babies. Another affront to federalism is the 17th Amendment, striping states of representation in the Senate. We need to toss out the 16th Amendment allowing federal government access to our pocketbooks. Yes, we need to fund constitutional programs, but our Constitution should determine those costs, not federal bureaucrats.

Many conservatives argue that given the number of rabid Marxists living in our country, created by idiot parents and a ruinous public education system controlled by leftists, a Constitutional Convention is simply too risky. They say our people are so dim-witted that a national plebiscite could very well result in state socialism, or worse. They argue that since we do not know the answer to the question, we must not ask it.

I am inclined to agree with Conservatives On Fire … but I think the opposing argument has merit, also. Discussion, anyone?

  7. juan williams' are a pre-emptive strike. how do we get around this? i think it's pretty simple: we vote for Mitt Romney.

if as aow says, there is worry of race riots, we must take our chances. we can't let our fears influence our vote. we had to know this was coming based on our country's history. the pendulum is merely swinging.

  9. President Obama has many disturbing traits, and disreputable friends and associates both past and present, he also has millions of poorly educated people on his side. His political views are even way over edges of left-wing extremism. These are the ingredients for a dangerous transformation of our country into something we will all regret if we let it happen. Whatever we do, we must not let him win a second term, we must not let him with the 2012 election.
Trust me, I do not use the term Communist lightly. If he is elected and I hope to God that he isn’t, I predict that he and his minions will use every means of his power including the IRS and other data-collecting agencies against all those who criticize him and or his administration.

  10. What you say is true, Maggie. Remember, though: Obama told us that he intended to make "fundamental changes" to the United Statess of America. I guess too many Americans didn't take him seriously. They should have.

I agree with you. Mr. Obama's reelection will endanger our free and prosperous America.

  11. Lol, what 'marxist' programs? And WHO exaclty wants to destroy the middle class? the GOP want to take even more away from average Americans to pay for even more tax cuts for the wealthy.

"...He has launched a multi-faceted attack upon our traditional values, and capitalized on the worst aspects of class, racial, and gender warfare." Where do you get this crap from?

let's get the facts. Like how Obama inherited and horrible recession caused by the recklessness of the Bush administration. Yes, I'm blaming Bush. But Obama saved us from a depression, saved the banks and the auto industry who have paid back their bailout. GM is number 1 in the world again. Bush's bail out were outright gifts. Obama created more jobs in 2 years than Bush did in eight. The economy has grown every month since he's been in office. Bush increased the deficit by $5 trillion (2 wars off the books, Medicaid Part D unpaid for, tax cut to the wealthy unpaid for) Obama increased it (with the stimulus which saved us) by 1.3 trillion.

Despite an obstructionist Congress who ran and won in 2010 on 'jobs' yet have produced NO JOBS BILL to date and only interested in giving the wealthy more tax breaks at the expense of the middle class. He's done a great job.

Give the economy back to the GOP and they'll finish the job of killing the middle class.

    Let's get the facts:

  12. That's the same Juan Williams who said the OWS people who were having sex and defecating on private property, and plotting bridge bombings are only a fringe part of the group, or just interlopers who don't belong.
But let one interloper nut at a Tea Party hold a racist sign and "the tea part has racist elements.."
But, the left also believes the right's racist, particularly when we were all enamored by Herman Cain...and would vote for Alan West tomorrow if we could. RACIST? REALLY? (and, of course, some of the leaders of the Tea Party are black!)
One can't teach a liberal common sense, I guess?

  13. "Three years later, the nation is an economic disaster..."

    Sam, buy a vowel.

The nation was an economic disaster more than three years ago.

What's your issues with his tax policy? He didn't cut enough? His tax policy is responsible for the housing doldrums?

    Are you on drugs?

  14. I used to think Wlliams was a fairly neutral guy. He has some odd blind spot with Obama.

I decided to check out Liberalidiots links since he has gone through the trouble of cut and pasting them all over the place. Pretty selective charts. They are a case study in the fact that you can make charts or statistics show whatever you want if you try hard enough.

  15. "But on 17 April 2012, Juan Williams announced that nothing would better demonstrate how racist America is than Mr. Obama’s failure to achieve reelection."

If that's the sort of worthless gutter reason and politics he wants to play then we could easily just tell him - yes we are all racists now, screw you and obama, if you don't like it, you both can go back to Africa.

But then that would be stooping to this idiots level. I say ignore him, leave him to shout racism like farting in the wind and vote for the other guy.

  16. Sam,
It has been my argument that the American people need to reestablish the constitutional framework of our founding fathers; there are several “amendments” that I think must be thrown out.

I just finished reading Mark Levin's Ameritopia. In the book, Mr. Levin points out concisely and accurately just how perverted the original concept of our republic has become. Bit by bit, WE THE PEOPLE have allowed -- even encouraged -- the abandonment of the principles of federalism and individual rights. Is there really a road back to what America once was?

  17. "His tax policy is destroying American businesses, both large and small, and destroying middle class households"

Ca to explain that? He has done more for businesses, large and small than Bush-by far and the only thing that is destroying the middle class are the tax cuts for those who don't need them and the GOP's plans to take away more to pay for them.

  18. The only solution is to vote Obama out and every single one of his cronies in Congress and the Senate.
