CAIR In Damage-Control Mode

(The Saturday roundup post "Nincompoopery" is below this post. Please scroll down)

The name is Ibrahim Hooper, not Ibrahim Cooper, and the following video debunks many of Hooper's statements:

More information below the fold.

Possibly the mosque that the Boston Marathon Muslim terrorists attended:

When the recent interfaith service for victims of the terrorist bombings at the Boston Marathon was held, the invitation to the present imam of this mosque was rescinded.

  1. Articles are stating that the terror suspects were members of the Islamic Society of Boston in Cambridge on Prospect Street. Is this the same place (ignore the link)? If the mother and son were both radicalized, this is where it happened.

  2. research indicates that the big Islamic Society of Boston Cultural Center (the massive mosque) is across the river in Boston proper on Malcolm X Blvd, not Prospect Street, where the boys and their mom went.

  3. Thersites,
    Thank you for the information.

I wonder how many similarities the two centers share.

  4. A list at Daniel Pipes's web site of recent jihad attacks and possible jihad attacks here in the United States. Some items on the list have either not been covered to any extent in the media or could be considered questionable as far as motivating ideology is concerned. Still, the list does give one pause. The list is entitled "Jihad or Criminality?" IMO, there can be a very fine line between the two.

  5. Didn't a friend of tsarnaev's have a car with "terrorista" as the license plate? Nobody noticed that till now?

  6. Of course, Ducky will be along any moment to offer his banality ... these aren't cases of Jihad. They are only good boys out having a good time.

Which is why Ducky is a spineless bag of pus.

    @ Mr. AOW

I would love to see a picture of that license plate.

  9. I overheard someone say that Ibrahim Hooper, translated into Arabic, comes out "useful idiot." Now obviously, I can’t say whether this is true, but judging from everything I have ever heard him say, he is clearly an idiot, and not incidentally, very useful to CAIR.

At some future time, after he abdicates his thrown, I would not be surprised if Barack Obama became a board member of CAIR. What a great financial opportunity that would be, and easier to hide Saudi money in his next career.

  10. Well, Sam, it is not a surprise that you're out to use a broad brush here.

These guys had more ties to the local Montessori school board than they did to international terror organizations.

So I'm waiting for more info here by way of Glenn Beck or Robert Spencer or some other mouth breather about the Saudi Arabian conspiracy.

No one uses a wider brush to protect his precious Islam than you do, Nostradumbass. Why not just come out of the closet … go ahead and proclaim that the people of Boston had it coming, issue a few Akbars, and announce to the world your conversion to Islamic barbarism. After all, we couldn’t possibly think less of you.

And pray tell, moron, why would anyone use an artist's #1 camel hair brush to paint that which is obvious from the surface of the moon?

I'm afraid that your obsession with progressive socialism and your lame attempts to justify its obvious inability to cope with reality have left you so "open minded" that your remaining 1 cc of brains has fallen out!

And, No, I'm not Sam. I don't believe he enjoys making you froth at the mouth as much as I.

HERE is a picture of the "terrorista" license plate. The caption of the picture reads Arrest: License Plate Allegedly Belonging to a friend of Dzhokhar Tsarnaev's Car Reading 'Terrorista #1'

    ReplyDelete
  16. Sam,
    A bit more:

The two men who own a BMW with the license plate ‘Terrorista #1’ and who are said to be friends with the younger Boston bombing suspect were taken into custody again on Saturday.

This time the two foreign nationals were arrested over alleged immigration violations in the Massachusetts town, New Bedford, where police say the surviving suspect, Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, may have once lived.

The students, named by neighbours by their first names Azmat and Diaz, drive a black BMW 330XI with the personalised plate and a sticker on the back which reads: ‘F*** you, you f****** f****’.

    Charming, huh?

  17. FT,
Here's what I advocate....The first peep of sedition or treason, and out the peeper goes.

Mosques need to be swept of Salafist imams.

Certain videos on the web -- videos of particular imams such as Doku Umarov should be blocked from viewing here in the United States.

Stop Muslim immigration now -- or, at the least, really vet it.

Once someone is on a watch list, watch him.

  18. Yesterday, Silverfiddle said THIS over at Shaw's site:

...One of those odd curiosities that one of the bombers bears the name of the emperor from Samarkand who believed himself to be The Sword God...

Fouad Ajami, as usual, has the best take.

He calls these young men, "Nowhere Men," because they are caught between two cultures, neither of which they belong to.

He writes of how the 9/11 hijacker of the Shanksville plane was a partier in his native Beirut, and became radicalized in Hamburg, Germany.

It supports what...Ducky said in an earlier thread:

"He probably lived in a no man's land separated from his Muslim roots and adrift in America."

Indeed. Ajami has written extensively on this phenomenon.

    Ajami's essay.

  19. I believe you all are being insufficiently harsh to Ducky considering there is not one shred of evidence in all of human history that could possibly lead one to suggest that leftists are capable of rational thought.

In order for Ducky to salvage his consistency, he MUST demand that a mosque be built at the finish line of the Boston Marathon.

Let the hemming and hawing begin.

    ReplyDelete
  20. So, Ducky, why do you want a mosque built at the World Trade Center site in New York, but not at the finish line of the Boston Marathon? Did the Boston bombers fail to kill enough Americans?

    ReplyDelete
  21. C'mon Ducky. The Boston pressure cooker bombs did less damage than a barrage of your favorite Hamas "bottle rockets" on Israel. Why can't the Boston Marathon set aside room for a mosque at the finish line?

  22. Interesting....

Boston Bomber Suspects Had Attended Cambridge Mosque, Officials Say, but kicked him out:

A mosque in Cambridge, Mass., confirmed Saturday that Dzhokhar Tsarnaev and Tamerlan Tsarnaev, the Chechen-born brothers suspected in the Boston marathon attacks, infrequently attended services at the small center that was a 10-minute walk from their apartment.

    [...]

The Los Angeles Times reported that Tamerlan Tsarnaev was kicked out of the mosque three months ago after he interrupted a Friday prayer service to argue with the imam. The imam leading the service had enraged Tsarnaev by talking about Martin Luther King Jr. A congregant told the newspaper that Tsarnaev shouted, "you cannot mention this guy because he’s not a Muslim!”...

More information <a href="http://www.latimes.com/news/nation/nationnow/la-na-nn-boston-bombing-suspect-radical-fbi-20130420,0,7170448,print.story>at the <i>LA Times</i></a>, including this information:

<i>Still, Tamerlan returned to Friday prayer services and had no further outbursts, Muhammad said.</i>

  24. Interesting information from the uncle, who is a very successful businessman in Montgomery County, Maryland:

Tamerlan Tsarnaev And Uncle, Ruslan Tsarni, Had Falling Out Over Islam

MONTGOMERY VILLAGE, Md. -- An uncle of the Boston Marathon bombing suspects says he had a falling-out with one of his nephews because of the man's increased commitment to Islam.

Ruslan Tsarni says he grew concerned about Tamerlan Tsarnaev (tsahr-NEYE'-ehv) when he told him in a 2009 phone conversation that he had chosen "God's business" over work or school. Tsarni said he then contacted a family friend who told him Tsarnaev had been influenced by a recent convert to Islam....

  25. Dated October 24, 2011:

Obama Administration Bans the Truth About Islam and Jihad

It has been a long time coming, but the Obama Administration has now officially banned the truth. Deputy U.S. Attorney General James Cole declared Wednesday at a conference in Washington that he had “recently directed all components of the Department of Justice to re-evaluate their training efforts in a range of areas, from community outreach to national security.” This “reevaluation” will remove all references to Islam in connection with any examination of Islamic jihad terror activity. The Obama Administration has now placed off-limits any investigation of the beliefs, motives and goals of jihad terrorists.

Dwight C. Holton, former U.S. Attorney for the District of Oregon, emphasized that training materials for the FBI would be purged of everything politically incorrect: “I want to be perfectly clear about this: training materials that portray Islam as a religion of violence or with a tendency towards violence are wrong, they are offensive, and they are contrary to everything that this president, this attorney general and Department of Justice stands for. They will not be tolerated.”...

That is NOT a Massachusetts Department of Motor Vehicles issued license plate.

That's some sort of vanity plate anyone can have made up and stick on their car. It is NOT official.

"Continued invectives and personal attacks will result in deletion..."

BTW, just an observation. At least two people on your comment threads have personally attacked Ducky. One called him a bag of pus, the other a moron.

If someone came on this board and referred to either of those name-callers with personal attacks, would that have been tolerated?

I'm just wondering why you left those personal attacks against Ducky up, contra to your own rules.

    ReplyDelete
  29. Shaw,
Does it matter that the "license plate" isn't official? In any case, it seems that there has been an arrest of the vehicle's owner(s).

Duck and Warren have a long history of battling -- a history that precedes the start of this blog by some 10 years, I think. Sam's history of battling Duck. Both Sam and Warren are team members of this blog and holding back out of respect for me.

I don't mind a little bit of snark. But I do prefer that it not continue for pages and pages. I will admit that, on one occasion, FJ and Beamish did battle here for over 150 comments. It was quite something! I let it roll for over a month, I think, and was confined to that one thread. Both FJ and Beamish have been cyber friends of mine since 2005, when I first started a blog.

I've had a few other recent skirmishes here as well. Such is blogging.

So, I guess that my policy is flexible and not set in stone. But call ME a *******, and you're gone forever.

  32. Sam and Beamish,
Neither of you is in trouble with ME -- that's for sure.

You probably already know that Shaw's blog is Progressive Eruptions. Even so, I visit her blog from time to time. We do manage to have civil discussions from time to time.

There must be something wrong with me! I'm always trying to figure out how those on the Left come to certain conclusions. I know, I know: you'll say that I'm pursuing an exercise in futility.

    ReplyDelete
  33. Shaw,
Actually, both Beamish and Sam are very much adults. Of course, they do have the gift of coming up with some creative quips. At least, I find the quips creative.

Beamish, in particular, has the gift of satire. How I wish that his first blog were still on the web! Great material! I'll never forget as long as I live "Renoir Duck"!

Hey, Beamish! Do you still have that "Renoir Duck"?

    ReplyDelete
  34. Shaw,
If someone came on this board and referred to either of those name-callers with personal attacks, would that have been tolerated?

To a point. They can take care of themselves.

  35. Just as long as I don't have another "blog war" going on here. I'm too sick right now to deal with a blog war! I'm going to be forced into taking another blog break this week. **sigh**

    ReplyDelete
  36. Not doing much satire of anything, lately. My blog's on hiatus until probably this summer, when I'll launch version 44.0 (iirc). I did enjoy my part in keeping Mitt Romney out of the White House this past fall. No matter how bad Obama's second term gets, at least it's not Romney's first term. We're still getting Romney policies without Romney.

As far as my older material (Renoir Duck, The Muslim Inspired Guide to Handling the Koran, et. al.) all of that is lost to many website purges and hard drive wipes.

I'm rather enjoying doing what I originally set out to do... comment on blogs without actually having a blog.

  37. Pardon me for expecting you guys to act like adults.

Pardon me for assuming you would at least acknowledge the consensus view that Ducky is a moron and join that view after investigating for yourself. I don't waste time arguing against the obvious. Reality is good enough for me.

I understand this is not the case for alternative thinkers, such as yourself.

Dagnabbit, Sam. A Progressive, and an almost intelligent one too.

Who would have ever though it was, "...some sort of vanity plate anyone can have made up and stick on their car. It is NOT official."

To be official it would of have to been issued by the Massachusetts Department of Motor Vehicles. That it wasn't makes it a fake, see. I'll bet that's why they got arrested!

  41. Well, Shaw, it wasn't meant to amuse "you". I doubt that you understood my point at all.

Here it is in a nutshell.

Your comment about the vanity plate was a non sequitur and if it was meant as comic device, was a dismal failure. And if it wasn't meant as comedy, why would you bother to try and discredit the comment with something so irrelevant?

Let me help you a little more; I'm sure that no one at this blog thought it was anything other than a vanity plate. (Except for you.)

  43. He calls these young men, "Nowhere Men," because they are caught between two cultures, neither of which they belong to.

Actually the situation is much, MUCH worse. It isn't that they are torn between TWO cultures, its' that they chose between adopting a STRONG masculine culture over a rather effeminate and "weak" one.

Which one would you expect a BOY to gravitate towards? The effeminate culture that keeps boys sitting on their hands and won't let them go outside at recess time to run and play tag? The culture in which the artistic and talented students "invent" their own make-believe "Goth" cultures and dream of "sparkly vampires"?

Please. The counter-culture of the 60's generation DESTROYED the American frontier culture of INDEPENDENCE and SELF-RELIANCE.

These UNSUPERVISED boys only did what they did because they had nop alternative.

And neither do the millions of fatherless boys who join criminal gangs in the urban ghetto's and streets of a major city in America.

Feminists like to say that "girls" are in crisis in America. I would beg to "differ".

  45. Shaw and another dink calling itself "Boston Strong" over at her blog are literally CRYING and calling themselves "victims" over my pressing them for answers on how many Boston liberals cowering in their homes were wishing for an AR with a hi-cap mag.

    "Boston Strong" or "Boston Victims?"

My response awaits comment moderation, of course, but it will prove interesting to see how "strong" is "Boston strong."

    ReplyDelete
  46. You'll be deleted. Don't waste your time.

  47. Boston Strong?

    LMAO ...

Has there ever been a worse example of a breach of our civil liberties than to order 1 million citizens into house arrest while some thousand or so police officers shoot off 10,000 rounds of ammunition to take one 19-year old pro-Boston Moslem into custody, who also voted for Barack Obama and the pro-Islamic government of Massachusettstan?

    ReplyDelete
  48. Well, with Massachusetts housing some 6.6 million of America's homosexuals, I wasn't expecting a macho, manly response, but to caterwaul about being a "victim" because they saw a bombing on TV just makes me shake my head.
