Chilling!

I'd rather be citing a source other than Eric Snowden. On the other hand, he may know exactly what he's talking about (posted at YouTube on April 14, 2020):

Your thoughts on what is stated in the above video?

  1. There appears to be a few concepts in the video.
    1. Reactive laws tend to become permanent.
    2. This latest "crisis" provoked/is provoking intrusive data collection, contact tracing.
    3. That data may be used for other "unintended" purposes.

There is an acceptance of the abuses to our sovereignty because of fear.
People wearing masks while driving, walking alone.
It's either virtue signalling or fear.
Those are the people that will welcome this, to the peril of the rest of us. That makes them our adversaries as they present a threat to us.
That's a bad place to be.

BTW, wearing a mask while driving by yourself is like putting on a condom and going to bed alone.

    1. Hi, Kid,

What they're REALLY saying is "Give me SLAVERY to keep me SAFE."

The ANTITHESIS of the mentality that founded, then buiit, our nation.

  4. When the "loyalty cards" were first introduced at the grocery store there was much objection based on, "they'll know what you're buying." I was checking out one day and the lady in line behind me issued that warning when I used my shiny new card. Bear in mind when I tell you my reply that I'm 76 years old. I told her, "It's okay. I buy my pornography at a different store."

To some degree I think this fear is overhyped. I don't go anywhere that I don't want the government, or anyone else, not to know about. If you do, leave your iPhone at home. Putting a tracer on your phone is not a big deal. If you think it endangers your freedom, then anyone with an IQ above room temperature can circumvent such a tracer.

Still, we have the patriot act. And it is a federal offense to lie to the FBI. Passing laws in a time of panic means laws pass that are over reaction and are bad laws. Almost laws that erode freedom and constitutional protection.

And they are almost always passed without sunset provisions, and even when they have them, renewals seem to be automatic.

But, they are passed by legislators whom we have reelected a dozen or more times. We know what they do. They've done it for years. So we have no one to blame but ourselves.

  5. It don't matter who is voted in Office; it will take a majority of voters in every State to vote in some who are ready to fight the Deep State. If not, the House Rep. or Senator will have to worry about a relative kidnapped until they vote for a Bill that is over reaching (or - plain out right unConstitutional), or worth Millions to some Congress Critter.
Government Health Care err... World Health Org. This is why Nancy P. said they were passing Affordable Health Care Act, by parachuting in, and lying about it.

  6. The Religion of New Agers:

    Timothy II 3 1-9
1-This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.
2- For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphmeres, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,
3- Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,
    4- Traitors, heady, high-minded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;
5- Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.
6- For of this sort are they which creep into houses, and lead captive silly women laden with sins, led away with divers lust,
7- Ever learning, and never able to come to the knowledge of the truth.
8- Now as Jan-nes and Jam bres withstood Moses, so do these also resist the truth: men of corrupt minds, reprobate concerning the faith.
9- But they shall proceed no further: for their folly shall be manifest unto all men, as theirs also was.

  7. Continued:
    Timothy II 4 -- 3 and 4
    3- For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after there own lust shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;
4- And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.
    Bonus Verse
5- But watch thou in all things, endure afflictions, do the work of an evangelist, make full proof of thy ministry.

      And who is "PAUL?"

Did you mean SAINT Paul, or someone else?

  9. I've seen –– FLT –– this coming ever since I read Orwell's Animal Farm and Nineteen-Eighty-Four qwhen I was still in high school –– one SIXTY years ago.

Ou reflexiv response to CRISIS or DANGER is to try to find "COMGORT," "SAFETY" and "PROTECTION" in TYRANNY.

I think this happens, because too many of us secretly wish we were still living under the protection of our PARENTS as little CHILDREN.

    1. A great deal of courage stems from having nothing to lose. Conversely, a great deal of cowardice stems from luxury, and not wanting to risk what you have. My observation is that prosperity has turned the United States into a nation of infants, cowering under their beds, screaming at their "leaders" to "keep us safe."

  10. As most of you know, –– and don't particularly appreciate –– I like to express my criticism and analysis in VERSE.

Like it or not, I'm going to continue tryiing to "get through" in that medium, even though I know most will want to dismiss these creative efforts as "irrelevant."

Despite what you may think poetry is NOT irrelevant to the age-old threats and predicaments the have beset mankind since The Beginning of Time.

See if you can decipher the way the following could be applied to the godawful phenomena presented in the video:

    NO HIDING PLACES

    They’ll find me soon
    I know they will
    I need to be alone.

    Their nattering demands are shrill,
They chill me to the bone.
The thumping, bawling whining drone ––

    Persistent raucous blast ––
Seeks each secret hiding place ––
    Shatters every caste.

    They’ll find me soon,
    I know they will,
But till they do I’ll fight ––

    Eccentric –– lost ––
    Alone –– against ––
    The Realm of Endless Night.

They don't seem to have any shame, and they do not care that they said it.

  13. the entrenched power of the deep state fosters the Orwellian kind of oppression featured in the video. Anthony Fauci is a learned, well-schooled man, but he's first and foremost a bureaucrat -- certainly a KEY MEMBER of the DEEP STATE –– therefore NOT our friend. I could see from the beginnng that Fauci was "AgeNDA-DrivEN.

One of those many ELITIStSwho thinks that HE knows better what we need than WE do. Nuts to that!

    It's Time to Bench Fauci

    New York Post

    by Adriana Cohen

The single biggest threat against President Donald Trump's reelection in November isn't unhinged liberals out for blood, a hostile media or even a politicized U.S. Supreme Court; it's Dr. Anthony Fauci, the top infectious disease adviser on the White House Coronavirus Task Force.

If he's not reined in, then he may succeed in making Trump a one-term president. Here's why.

One of the most important things an incumbent needs to secure reelection is a strong economy, but due to the radical lockdown and months-long national quarantine Fauci championed in March to mitigate the pandemic, the U.S. economy was dealt a devastating blow, resulting in 46 million Americans losing their jobs. . . .
