  1. We have become a Cockroach NationJuly 18, 2015 at 6:06:00 AM CDT

And if this continues to happen, I suppose we deserve whatever we get. We maintained a live and let live attitude too long. We always thought there would be more time to turn it around. We thought it would never get as bad. When you put off maintenance of your car, it will eventually stop running. We should have been diligent. Taking care to address these issues as they arose, and crush those that would harm us quickly. But we did not. Now, majority rules. And what is majority? It is mob rule. And that is how we will go.

Diversity will kill us. Political correctness is a tool used by other cultures to keep us from fighting. Special interests will become the norm.

I suppose we should accept that we cannot go back. That the America I knew is dead. And today, we have a Frankenstein’s monster of a new country. Made up of parts that compose the monstrosity of this new entity called America. Bland, dry, no free speech, no one can be too successful, too smart, too talented lest they make someone else feel bad. So that will have to stop. Or it will be the end of this country

    1. It won't kill us. But bigotry will.

I was down town today and there was a festival on in the commons.
      All sorts of groups.

The Tremont Baptist Church across the street had the choir outside on the steps really laying down some gospel.

Next to me a family of Muslims stopped to listen.
Didn't occur to me that they might want to start shooting. They were just enjoying the choir.

I've made my choice. I'm not going to let the hate consume me.
There is going to be violence in this country. It's part of us whether it's Dylann Roof, James Holmes, Adam Lanza or Mohammad Abdulazeez.

Bland, dry? Not my world. You must have your headphones on listening to Donald and the Teabags.

Not even for "Donald and the Teabags."?

    3. No, Ed, I don't hate Trump.

I am very confused however that people don't see him as an embarrassment and an insult to the American political process.
He's a rabble rouser who brings nothing positive.

I do believe that people supporting him have a very warped view.

    4. I have a concern about Trump supporters.
That they can't see his past as a disquaifier is what concerns me.
      Trump is a poliical liability.
But his anti immigration stance appears to be a one note song.
I wouldn't lump him with Tea Partiers, though.

    5. Ed,
Trump has sized up "the political market." He knows what "sells," i.e., lack of political correctness for one thing.

I can't imagine that he'll get the GOP nomination. Still, he appears to lead in the polls at the moment.

  2. From For the first time, jihadist child beheads Syrian soldier, monitoring group says:

A child soldier recruited by Islamic State apparently has beheaded a Syrian army officer, the first such documented decapitation, the founder of a group monitoring the Syrian conflict said on Friday.

The child is among several hundred so-called "Cubs of the Caliphate". They are children, ranging in age from pre-teens to mid-teens, given military training and hardline indoctrination after being recruited near schools, mosques and in public areas where Islamic State is operating.

The next generation of the Islamic State, I suppose.

  5. There is only ONE sensible solution to ALL this incredible barrage of bothersome BS. and that is a UTILITARIAN solution –– a FINAL Solution:

    DIDADIN

    Detain
    Intern
    Disempower
    And
    Deport
    Islamaniacs
    Now

    D-I-D-A-D-I-N!

Those who would be kind to the cruel are sure to be cruel to the kind."

"Those who expect to reap the blessing of freedom must, like men, undergo the fatigue of supporting it."

    ~ Thomas Paine (1737-1809)

    DIDADIN!

However illegal, impolitic, inadvisable, unconstitutional, un-American, immoral or impracticable others claim it to be I will maintain that position till my dying day.

When the Handwriting on the Wall sends a clear, uncompromising message, and STILL we fail to heed its stern warning, we DESERVE to be ECLIPSED.

FACE IT: Either it's DIDADIN or BE DAMNED.

  6. Critics of Obama’s approach to Iran’s nuclear deal that major world powers struck with Iran this week have largely based their case on a counterfactual. Had President Barack Obama imposed sanctions on Iran that were more aggressive -- “crippling,” even -- then, the theory goes, he would have extracted more favorable concessions.
Yet the Obama administration argues that a nuclear deal with world powers and increased revenue would reduce Iran's isolation, potentially leading to a more constructive Iranian foreign policy.
This argument is meant, in part, to reinforce the idea that a third option existed between the two Obama outlined -- that is, between military confrontation and the agreement that was ultimately struck. But would it actually have been practical?

This is nothing more than the same kind of cowardly horse shit that Neville Chamberlain's so called "Experts" came up with.
According to experts in the subject, including those who worked on Iran sanctions, the answer is basically no

  7. About Obama's deal with Iran:

Scuttling Iran deal might not be easy for next president

WASHINGTON (AP) -- Unhappy with President Barack Obama's nuclear deal with Iran? Republicans running for the White House are vowing to rescind the agreement, some on their first day in office.

But it may not be that easy....

    More information at the link.

Like everything else that the Obama administration has done, the fundamental transformation of America is likely here to stay.

  8. And...

Iran's Supreme Leader vows no change in relations with 'arrogant' United States.

    Excerpt:

(CNN)Iran's Supreme Leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei vowed Saturday that a newly negotiated deal on his country's nuclear program would not alter Iran's policies toward the United States.

In a televised address marking the start of Eid al-Fitr, the festival that follows the Muslim holy month of Ramadan, Khamenei said the agreement signed Tuesday on the nuclear issue would not affect Iran's stance on other regional or bilateral matters.

"Our policies toward the arrogant government of the United States will not be changed at all," he said.

Khamenei said the negotiations with the United States and other world powers on Tehran's nuclear program were an exception because they served Iran's national interest.

Nevertheless, Obama continues his "campaign" to gain support for the deal struck with Iran.

    1. They give them free shit
    2. They give them a platform to remain a violent, and get away with it.
    3. A platform to attack whites, cops and old ladies;.

It's really not more complicated than that.

  14. Correct me if I’m wrong, but personally, I can’t find or see any reason and i think that it’s ridiculous that our military Men and Women are not armed while on duty on military baces.

And as much as no one wants to admit it, the fact of the matter is that we are sitting DUCKS for any of these members of these Muslim fanatic organizations who are based on Terrorism called Jihadists when their goal is to kill as many non-Muslims as can be found and to do so in ANY manner necessary, collateral damage be damned.

I just don’t understand why our leaders insist on making us *soft target* at our own military bases and recruiting centers. Our troops go all over the world to take care of business and they are well armed, yet the *powers that be* render them helpless at home.
