  4. Tough choice between one and five but I'll pick five since they discovered some of the smallpox is still active.
This comes with other revelations of mishandling from one agency I thought was dependable.

  5. Without much regard for 2-5, #1 is my choice. I say this not only for what it is, directly, but for what it represents, overall; a government completely out-of-control!

  6. #1 makes sense to me. Agencies garnish wages all the time for all sorts of bills owed, without a judge, so I'm not sure what the issue is there, other than I know conservatives hate the EPA and a clean environment for their children.

#5 was scary. We shouldn't be playing around with dangerous pathogens like this.

#2 is not true. The district was "inspired" by the First Lady, but not ordered or forced to ban cupcakes. Silliness.

#3 is irrelevant to most Americans. We haven't seen the rewards for our increased productivity in almost two generations now.

#4 is an example of a county wasting it's time pointlessly demagoguing the immigration issue.

    1. AOW should ban you.

You come to her blog and every time tell her that her blog isnt worth a damn. Not even pretending to want to dialog.

You need to go hang out somewhere else. You know, where somebody actually pays attention to anything you say.

      Buffoon.

      It would.
Under what circumstances should the EPA ever NEED to garnish wages?

    3. Ed, the EPA has declared CO2 as a pollutant, held up by the supreme kangaroo court. On this basis they could garnish all of our wages for breathing. libtards love that stuff don't ya know.

    4. Perhaps the EPA will assign the parameters for just how many square feet each of us is allowed to inhabit in the name of preventing pollution. Exceed that upper bracket, or face garnishing of wages.

Sometimes citizens ignore EPA fines. But if the EPA can legally pickpocket, there will be no way to avoid the fines.

To give the EPA one of the most oppressive practices of the IRS is the road to serfdom.

  7. Ed,

If it makes sense to him it makes no sense, whatsoever, to anyone else. However, I suspect that he's just some unhinged, far, far, right provocateur making "Liberalism" seem even stupider than it, otherwise, is. It also appears that there are others of that ilk on the blogosphere!

    1. JonBerg, there is literally no limit to the ignorance of liberals. No limit. Einstein approves of this comment.

The obvious choice is #1. Some pissant group of extremists taking legal action without legal representation or review.

Liberals are not ignorant; they are perverse. There is a difference between the two. Most of them are very smart, very knowledgeable people, but they see the world through a different lens than the rest of us. That lens distorts the image of what is real and unreal.

    3. Pearl: I agree.
JB: unfortunately it makes sense to others like Pearl describes.
Kid: Straight forward Newtonian physics can determine THAT.

  9. I chose #1, and am happy to see a majority of others did too. The loss of ECONOMIC freedom means that all OTHER forms of freedom will soon follow.

  10. Libertarians, like Scientologist's, they talk a lot but never actually say anything.

they need to present some real ideas in order to be taken seriously., but sp far I've yet to see any of that. Un like a liberal where It's all about government

  12. A Nation of Immigrants? Really?
Are we really a nation of immigrants? Or is that a load of Hog-Wash we are being told by Dear Leader? We are being told by these Progressive-Liberals that we should be happy about the current immigrant invasion because after all AMERICA IS A MELTING POT! And after all, we ARE a “Nation of immigrants.”... Are we? And if we are, should we be?
And why is it that Mexico’s illegal immigration laws are so much tougher than ours?
The way that I see it, Immigration is all but destroying the American economy! The invasion of America by illegal aliens in general but especially , this recent invasion by “Children, Kids or whatever else we are calling them” and soon to follow by their parents and the rest of their families at our borders, it is and will be hurting our country's economy, our education system will be so over loaded that it will be all bu useless, the same with our hospitals, throe in our food stamp-program, our welfare system , our housing, it will Increase crime, hurt Medicaid, decrease the funds available for entitlements and therefor hurt the Obamaphone program,, the Michelle Obama free free lunches ,and even our environmental quality, and in fact, the very culture of the United States. And bring in foreign diseases, as we are already seeing. Increase gangs and drug users and drug runners. etc. etc. and ETC! Does this make any sense?
And lets look at what the future will bring...Jobs that were usually assumed to be taken by high school kids for after-school work or summer jobs are now mostly held by illegal aliens as we see in fast-food restaurants, restaurant dishwashers, waiters, gardeners etc.. Our Hospitals are already going bankrupt because, of people not paying their bills. As well as they are giveing free medical care to non-citizens. Our Schools are overloaded and the cost of Free Lunches, teachers , books etc. is out of sight.
These people have no interest in becoming Americans, and lave no allegiance to the country that gives them all their benefits, they send their paychecks back to their native countries and they don’t pay any taxes here because the work off the books!
We don’t need Obama and his administration, or these Progressive/Commies to tell us any differently.

To collect the $75,000 a day fine they assessed against you for building a fish pond on your property with the approval of state and local agencies.
