The Caliphate Rising

Back in January 2006, I published this at my first blog site. Excerpt:
From "Reunified Islam: Unlikely but Not Entirely Radical: Restoration of Caliphate, Attacked by Bush, Resonates With Mainstream Muslims," front-page article in the January 14, 2006 edition of the Washington Post....
I concluded my blog post with this paragraph:
Are we standing before an abyss which we cannot comprehend and refuse to admit the very existence of?
Now, in 2014, Iraq seems to be falling to the jihadists.  $15 billion of our treasure, some 4000 dead American military personnel, and much blood spilled.  For what?

Syria aroil.

A dead U.S. ambassador in Libya.

Various jihad attacks popping up all over the place.

Five Taliban commanders traded for one PFC.

"The Arab Spring," with whatever purpose it began, represents the push to establish a worldwide caliphate, something for which the majority of Muslims yearn.

And Obama has sent numerous signals that have served to embolden jihad.

Islam respects The Strong Man, and Obama has clearly indicated that he is not A Strong Man.

Clearly, the caliphate establishers are winning.

How long before we face another 9/11 here on our soil?

Not to worry, though. Obama says (June 11, 2014), and his supporters nod their heads in agreement:
[T]he truth of the matter is that for all the challenges we face, all the problems that we have, if you had to be — if you had to choose any moment to be born in human history, not knowing what your position was going to be, who you were going to be, you’d choose this time. The world is less violent than it has ever been....
Talk about delusion! Or is it something else?

  2. I think Obama set the precedence for unqualified presidents. If Obama and his total lack of experience in running a business is the standard by which presidential qualifications are determined

Obama is leaving such a mess and will be leaving in a really bad condition for Hillary Clinton to dig out of, if she is to be the next president... His foreign policy, which Clinton helped direct for four years – is in shambles, as is the situation in Syria and now in Iraq. The situation with Russia would be a joke if it weren’t so serious.. . Obama’s job approval rating is at it’s lowest point ever, and not only on foreign policy. He’s struggling to stay alive in the ratings.. Any sort of domestic agenda forward, which will be made even more difficult if Republicans take the Senate in November. It’s hard to see how any of these dynamics change for the better in the next two years -- Bottom line, I doubt of we will see Hillary running.

Of course, at the time that we entered Iraq after 9/11, intelligence did indeed seem to show that Saddam had WMD's. Engaging in war in Iraq had nearly unanimous bipartisan support.

In my view, Iraq should be three nations -- not one. In fact, the creation of the nation of Iraq was via Western intervention.

  6. It is simply depressing and beyond words that with ALL the crap-o-la going on the world, with ALL the sandals, after sandals, that are attributed to Obama and his totally INEPT administration (past and present) and that we have two and a half more years of endless streams of lies, after lies. Not to mention (but I will) the fact that with ALL this going on at home and in Iraq, Syria, Iran, and with the Obama continues to put all this aside and with Hamas, the Palestinian Terrorist organization kidnaping 3 young innocent boys one of who is an American. Coinciding with Obama’s Freeing the 5 most Dangerous Terrorists in the World, known as “Taliban Commanders” from Guantanamo Bay, for one lousy “Deserter”. 5 high ranking Taliban Terrorists, for 1 U.S. Deserter and Likely, a Traitor as well.
And in the midst of all this, Obama chooses to go on a Golf Outing followed by a fund-raising, a speech on climate change at a Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender Organization!

And all the Liberal’s can think about blogging about is Climate Change, and the Highway Lane Closures on the George Washington Bridge.. How much more damage can the Obama bunch inflict on the economy between now and the end of his second term

Obama is not fit to hold any office in America, especially the presidency! And Michelle is is too busy doing Jumping Jacks and eating Cheese Burgers to care.

And the media is too busy trying to tie Chris Christie to that Bridge sandal asking every question over and over again trying to get him involved with it as they just can’t seem to believe he had nothing to do with it. It seems as if this is the most Major Crisis facing America today.

  8. So now our Dear Leader Barack HUSSEIN Obama opens the borders to Meheecan Gang-bangers! Where the hell does Dear Leader get the audacity to honor illegals, let alone illegal Meheecan’s! Haven’t you had your fill of this entity in an empty suit yet? How much longer can this nation take the destruction that BHO has done and is doing daily? Will our nation survive his illegal actions before he leaves office?

Things like this just piss the hell out of me... I guess you can tell I’m hot under the collar, so I’ll get to the point with this report:
His Libtard professor friends are doing a good job brainwashing the next generation of useful idiots too. They know they can’t win NOW but they sure as hell are planning ahead for the future. Check this crap out

Over the past several years, Barack Obama and his administration have worked diligently to demonize, attack, smear, and in some cases prosecute those individuals and groups deemed to be his political enemies. Federal agencies and the White House itself targeted American citizens who the President of the United States thought would get in the way of his agenda. Now, as if to add insult to injury, this same president is set to do the unconscionable.
Barack Obama released 36,000 illegal alien criminals in 2013 – including 193 murderers. And now he’s going to be honoring these people! Never have I seen such abuse of our laws and then honor illegals at our White House
As the nation sees a never-ending stream of illegals crossing our southern border, aided and abetted by Obama officials who are sending them in droves to other states and giving them attorneys rather than sending them back home, Barack Obama will honor illegal aliens at the White House today. The Hill reports on this honor being bestowed on 10 young adults who are in this country due to the nation’s laws being broken. Each qualified for the program to defer deportation actions implemented by Obama via yet another abuse of executive orders.

Each person has qualified for the government’s Deferred Action for Childhood Arrival program, which delays removal proceedings against them as long as they meet certain guidelines.

They will be honored as “Champions of Change,” the White House said in a statement Monday because they “serve as success stories and role models in their academic and professional spheres.”

They emigrated from Mexico, Colombia, Morocco, India, Taiwan and the Philippines and many of them work in professions related to immigration policy or have helped launch initiatives that promote reform.
Barack Obama recently stated that the future of America is dependent upon those who are here illegally, or as he refers to them DREAMers. Congress needs to remove heads from asses and get this country back to where it was Pre “Hope and Change”

And the response from the leftie Dingbats is more entertaining than a sack full of squirrels.
Oh, wait... wait one minute please.

It seems that the Obama administration had moved to arrest Benghazi al-Qaeda leader Ahmed Abu Khattala. BUT...as so many people are asking... “WHY NOW”?
WHY wasn’t he arrested a long time ago when we SUPPOSEDLY knew all the time where he was? Humm... As unbelievable as this might sound, the most likely answer has little to do with what’s currently being pondered as a motive for this administration, “squirrel”. The reality is within the Bergdahl deal, and the GITMO-5 to Qatar, and the current uprising in Iraq. There has to be a more likely reason to do this at this time rather than just arrest him when there wasn’t any heat on Obamas feet. .The Obama administration was in a real panic mode, and had to show that they were doing something other than speaking to a crowd of Lesbians and Homosexuals about the Climate. Once again I’m appalled by the stupidity of these Liberal/ Progressive DOPES to buy into this sheet.
Obama knew where this dude was the whole time. He was just waiting for the right time. This is just an effort to take attention away from Iraq and ISIS. And also Bush put the whole search in motion to start with and it wasn't really Obama, it was the military. Or did I miss something while I watching Obama talking about his same old crap to impress his Jerk-off on the left!
Yes, that is correct....the CIA knew where he was the entire 2 years, but the leftie asswipe’s don’t care about the details.... Obama was SO desperate for some good news he had this guy arrested. And it worked on Lefty trailer trash!

I have been scratching my head, asking questions on the internet about her, requesting answers from politicians in Washington D.C. e-mailing hundreds of people all over the U.S. and nobody can exactly tell me what that woman accomplished while as Secretary of State. I'm afraid that the only thing we remember about her was the constant flying around all over the world, and perhaps this was exactly why she was chosen as Secretary of State...And also, by her lack of action she was responsible for the murder of at least four men at the Benghazi diplomatic station.

In order to achieve this goal it is incumbent on all free, male, adult Muslims to carry out an uncompromising struggle 'in the path of Allah,' or jihad. This in turn makes those parts of the world that have not yet been conquered by the House of Islam an abode of permanent conflict (Dar al-Harb, the house of War) which will only end with Islam's eventual triumph.” —Efraim Karsh

It is the intention of Mohammedans to overthrow worldwide political systems in favor of a single theocratic one-world entity governed by Sharia Law (efforts toward this have already begun in the United States). The Daily Times of Pakistan reported that at a rally held in Islamabad, the militant organization Sipah-e-Sahaba called for the formation of the global Caliphate in Pakistan.

The rise of a global movement for a Caliphate, is at this moment in time, both chaotic and violent. There is a very strong uptick in beheadings. Not a day goes by, but I can locate the newest beheading images or videos on the internet. Those involved, create their own crime profiles by posting images hither and yon. Iraq is in devolution. Those with neighboring borders, are putting on their Depends and suffering their own incontinence episodes.

  25. Here are examples of two "rival" Islamic States:

    Iran

Leading up to the Iranian Revolution of 1979, many of the highest-ranking clergy in Shi'a Islam held to the standard doctrine of the Imamate, which allows political rule only by Muhammad or one of his true successors. They were opposed to creating an Islamic state (see Ayatollah Ha'eri Yazdi (Khomeini's own teacher), Ayatollah Borujerdi, Grand Ayatollah Shariatmadari, and Grand Ayatollah Khui).[11] Contemporary theologians who were once part of the Iranian Revolution also became disenchanted and critical of the unity of religion and state in the Islamic Republic of Iran, are advocating secularization of the state to preserve the purity of the Islamic faith (see Abdolkarim Soroush and Mohsen Kadivar).[12]
    Pakistan

Pakistan was created as a separate state for Indian Muslims in British India in 1947, and followed the parliamentary form of democracy. In 1949, the first Constituent Assembly of Pakistan passed Objectives Resolution envisaged an official role for Islam as the state religion to make sure any future law should not violate its basic teachings. On the whole state retained the most of the laws that were inherited from the secular British legal code that had been enforced by the British Raj since the 19th century. In 1956, the elected parliament formally adopted the name "Islamic Republic of Pakistan", declaring Islam as the official religion .

That they FIGHTm Sunni vs. Shi'a, is PROOF that they seek a single, unified caliphate. It is al Qaeda/Sunni STATED goal, to re-establish the caliphate under the laws of the original FOUR righteous caliphs. The Shi'a wish to establish it under the laws of the original TWELVE righteous caliphs.

  26. Single Caliph for the Muslim world

According to the Sahih Muslim hadith, Muhammad said:

The children of Israel have been governed by Prophets; whenever a Prophet died another Prophet succeeded him; but there will be no prophet after me. There will be caliphs and they will number many (in one time); they asked: What then do you order us? He said: Fulfil bayah to them, only the first of them, the first of them, and give them their dues; for verily Allah will ask them about what he entrusted them with[5]

According to the Sīrat Rasūl Allāh of Ibn Isḥaq, Abu-Bakr, Muhammad's closest friend, said:

It is forbidden for Muslims to have two Amirs for this would cause differences in their affairs and concepts, their unity would be divided and disputes would break out amongst them. The Sunnah would then be abandoned, the bida'a (innovations of rituals) would spread and Fitna would grow, and that is in no one's interests".[6]

Umar bin Al-Khattab another disciple of Muhammad is reported by the same source to have said: "There is no way for two (leaders) together at any one time"[6]

(Referring in the quotes above to two leaders in the same land.)

Imam Al-Nawawi a 12th-century authority of the Sunni Shafi'i madhhab said: "It is forbidden to give an oath to two caliphs or more, even in different parts of the world and even if they are far apart"[7]

Well, z, the thing is that only a small portion of the insurgents are Islamist. Many of the rest are militias which were organized to drive al-Qaeda from the country during the surge.

After the surge we put in al-Maliki who turned out to be a disaster. He did nothing to bring he Sunnis into the government and took our money to arm troops to shoot peaceful demonstrators. A real beaut.

Now the chickens are coming to roost as they always do. Now as Sykes-Picot finally falls apart and the Saudi king moves closer to death we'll see if we can do something constructive.

  31. Thersites,

Thank you for the inclusion of Hadith.

    Islam is a gestalt:

A physical, biological, psychological, or symbolic configuration or pattern of elements so unified as a whole that its properties cannot be derived from a simple summation of its parts.

It is also something else, a topic which is in the queue for _Economic Affairs_, where I share a berth with others in Pakistan as a senior writer. That article will be in the July issue.

Regarding jihad, it begins with intent. It is the intent which puts the rank on the shoulder. Best reading? The Book of Jihad, over one hundred pages long. I have a shorter compendium of thought too, purchased off a Chechen jihad portal years ago. Cost me $19.00 and well worth it. But jihad begins with "the gallop of the horse". So a man traveling to a land of jihad or a land of stationing (ribaat) is a shaheed if he dies on his bed prior to actually committing an act. Read the articles of confederation for Hamas. The Avalon Project has a good translation. I prefer the work by Israeli.

The doctrine is complex. But geopolitical Islam is moving based on primary source documents.
