Point of view is a vitally important consideration in all these divisive, infuriating issues.

"One man's terrorist is another man's freedom fighter."
Matthew Arnold's immortal line from Dover Beach characterizing humanity's conflicts as "confused alarums of struggle and flight ... ignorant armies that clash by night" pinpoints the central problem -- and essential tragedy -- of Existence.
Only faith in Something higher and far greater than our little selves could save us from living a life filled with an endless succession of bitter defeats.
