I've been having a troll problem for several months now. A sort of blog war was initiated by someone angry with me, and others piled on.

I refuse to participate in blog wars. A consummate waste of time.

    3. I could not agree more. Blog wars are a complete waste of time and nothing but a nuisance. I started blogging to share my views and to make sure what the liberals are doing is exposed. Not to get into an online argument with someone I don't even know personally.

  2. In the headlines! Russia's Crackdown On 'Gay Propaganda' And Popular Illiberalism!
Just out of curiosity, what do you liberals think of your new found Russian Hero Putin now?
I would be very interested in reading your penetrating analysis!
But I wouldn't be the slightest bit surprised, that you don’t have the guts to publish anything and instead content yourself with trolling comment sections of other people's blogs with you insults and hateful remarks. And with copies of comments from other blogs here where Ms. AOW runs a honest and beautiful blog. I have yet to see a interesting argument , or discussion on any of the progressive's blogs without someone running in with some garbage or gossip that they found on another blog. It's as if they found some lost treasure when they read a .comment meant for a lib..All you libs are pathetic hypocrites.

But this surprises no one. Their phony righteous indignation of the recent shooting by unstable sociopath’s is obviously playing politics with their wants for “Gun Control”
But why a black on black crime, shooting whatever is in the headlines, all we seem to hear are the Crickets chirping.

  3. Let’s start with that lib sissy boy George Whyte who like a little school yard sissy-boy, runs back and forth telling stories about what this on and that one said about each-other. who wants the Big Boys to like him. What kind of sick liberal douchebag who writes these things unless he or she is looking to gain attention. If there was ever proof that liberalism is a mental disorder, George Whyte just proved it. -But he probably isn’t ashamed at all, since to most dimocrats, all that matters is to get attention and gain approval of the blog author.

  7. My disgust with both Liberal and progressive blogers and their commenters is focused on the person rather on the substance of their subject and issues , although the do come up with the most insane subjects to ridicule. Also I really, really think that the at times the main-stream media is just as bad or sometime even worse. professional journalism is dead I think it died a long time ago. We can no longer ger a true and honest opinion from the media of what is going one in a particular story or event. Once upon a time, a long time ago, when I was very young, people entered the field of journalism for the purpose of enlightening people by reporting on stories and presenting facts as they discovered them. They would dig and dig to get the story correct then they would write the story in a logical way so the reader could follow the facts and make his or her own conclusions. We had reporters who were professional journalists not like the news media are today. Today these people are more like entertainers, and more often then not they put their own spin and opinion into their story, this is NOT called reporting. Reporters needed to ask the correct questions before writing a story. They needed to ask questions that would provide answers to the story. They needed to be objective and keep their biases to a minimum and let the story lead the way and not the other way around.
Opinions do not belong in the news.. They are written to convince the reader to take some action such as supporting a cause or political candidate and should not be confused with reporting, But we hardly ever if ever see that kind of reporting these days.

Thanks to the Liberal-Progress blogger across America, Republican candidates are ridiculed so much even before they are running for office that they don’t stand a chance of winning. Take for example Sarah Palin, who these dolts on their blogs and these idiots on TV ganged up on and literally destroyed as well as her husband and children. and then there was Michele Bachmann and Rick Perry who found themselves being ridiculed in photos published all over the media . The conservative candidates are constantly being mocked. In fact, some have even called Perry’s sexual preference called into question. And Michele Bachmann when she was eating a corn dog!
Even Obama is constantly mocking and attacking Republicans for trying to block his un-American and refusing to pass his socialist policies. Laughing and taunt some of their arguments, instead of trying to compromise.
I even had to stop my subscription for the Los Angeles Times a couple of years ago, because I couldn’t stand their editorials. Free Speech only exists in the Left Wing Press these days.

  8. Ah! “Nincompoopery — And Worse” My favorite blog subject. I wait for it every week.

Let me start by dedicating this to the Progressive bunch also known as the Libs” That bunch of sniveling, quivering jelly fish.
To libs Obama is never at fault, but rather a victim himself and wronged victimized by the Republicans. But in fact, it’s the lame brain dimocrats who are always blaming the people that oppose them. Like Sarah Palin for her map “targeting” her opponents with crosshairs as causing the shooting of the Congresswomen. Etc, etc. etc.
As they do on the Letterman show, the View, Saturday Night Live and the list goes on.
And I won’t even get into the many incendiary statements made by the idiot in the White House, such as when referring to battling with Republicans Obungler said “If they bring a knife, we’ll bring a gun” or “Get in their faces!” Or the stupid remarks make by the Grinning Idiot holding the position of Vice President or what that Mobster Teamster President Jimmy Hoffa said about Republicans and I quote... "President Obama, this is your army. We are ready to march. Let's take these son of bitches out and give America back to an America where we belong,"
And the worse is those 9-11 truthers, that kookie movement owned and operated 100% by the left, the ones who tell us what really happened on September 11th, 2001 blaming the Bush administration for actually bringing down the towers to justify going to war in Iraq and Afghanistan.

76% of GOP now 'conservative,' pick Cruz for 2016 nomination
A new PPP poll came out with these numbers. For those that don't know PPP is a D oriented polling company but are pretty accurate. They always are up front with their methodology which I respect. I don't have to go hunting for it.

And compared to the bullshit Gallup poll that libs were creaming themselves over yesterday, this poll is based on Republican primary voters, not a generic across the board poll of 18 to what evers.

This is specific. Thank you PPP for this. yay!

Eat dirt McCain and other RINO's!

This won’t surprise Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid or GOP old bull Sen. John McCain -- the largest chunk of the Republican Party is now very conservative.

According to a new PPP poll, which has Sen. Ted Cruz the top choice for the 2016 Republican nomination, those who describe themselves as “very conservative” make up 39 percent of the splintered party.

Add in those who consider themselves “somewhat conservative,” and the right-leaning voters comprise 76 percent of the party.

In the new poll of 743 Republican primary voters, 1 percent called themselves “very liberal,” 4 percent “somewhat liberal,” and just 18 percent as “moderate.”

Among the conservative voters, Cruz is the leading choice for the GOP nomination. He won 34 percent of that group.

But he also shows remarkable crossover as 32 percent of the “very liberal” crowd also prefer him.

His likely rival, New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie, wins just 4 percent of the “very conservative crowd” and 38 percent of the “very liberal” group.

  16. 3 Uncomfortable Questions for Progressives (aka Leftists)
Or things that make you go nuts .

    1. Why is it fine that Americans need to prove to the IRS that they have health insurance, but it’s wrong to ask immigrants if they are in the country legally?

    2. Why is it okay if a welfare state office asks people for ID before giving them a check, but it’s “racist” to ask people to show IDs before voting for politicians who send out those checks?

    3. Why is it right for people who produce nothing to dictate the fortunes of those who work for a living?

    4. Is it wrong for someone who puts no effort into life to make a living off of those who have to work hard?

    5. Why do people have to pay the state for their very right to live? (In other words, why are there “income” taxes, when there used to be taxes only on profits?)

    6. If all cultures are equal, should all Americans value the abuse of women in many Muslim cultures, the abuse of workers in China, or the ill-treatment of gays in Russia?

    7. If the only thing that a nation needed for the people to be happy was for the government to spend money and to buy its own debt, how come other countries around the globe didn’t figure that out earlier?

    8. Is the way to alleviate poverty to get more people doing productive jobs, or to take more money from people who are already working who can create jobs?

    9. Does it help or harm an economy to create unproductive jobs?

    10. If the “war on poverty” continues for decades with no improvement, is throwing more money at the problem still the solution?

    11. If the almost $3.3 trillion in debt accumulated under Bush was “irresponsible” and “unpatriotic,” is Obama responsible and patriotic for adding $6 trillion?

    12. Can a nation be fundamentally racist when there the president is black and the American people watch sports, movies and TV shows featuring blacks?

    13. Maybe the reason for poverty in inner cities is not because of capitalism but because of the lack of free market enterprise?

    14. Why does the U.S. have a Department of Homeland Security that spies on American websites, but lets millions of illegal immigrants overstay their visas and cross the borders?

    ReplyDelete
  17. 15. Why does the NSA illegally spy on millions of Americans, but can’t alert authorities of imminent terrorist attacks like the Boston bombing, even when the government is warned about the suspects?

    16. Why are we creating a massive surveillance state to protect us from “terrorism,” when the Obama administration won’t even call the mass murder of U.S. soldiers at Ft. Hood by a confessed jihadist “terrorism”?

    17. Maybe the nations worldwide that were poor before the U.S. existed and are still poor suffer because they don’t have economic freedom, and not because America is exploiting them?

    18. Perhaps the reason the U.S. has been relatively wealthy is because it has been the most innovative, productive and adventurous nation in history, and not because it stole big screen TVs, computers, Internet wi-fi and smartphones from people?

    19. Has the U.S. military liberated millions from tyranny and oppression or is it imposing tyranny and oppression on foreign peoples?

    20. How much government debt is too much? Can the government accrue tens of trillions in future debt without negative consequences for people?

    21. Do people generally have the right to determine the outcomes of their own lives? Or do Washington politicians and bureaucrats (i.e. other people) have the right to determine them?

    22. Why are millionaire corporate CEOs railed against, but millionaire Hollywood actors and pop singers are praised and idolized?

    23. Why is the GOP the “party of the rich” when there are just as many rich Democrat politicians as Republicans, and the wealthiest counties in the nation tend to vote Democratic?

    24. Why is it that some of the biggest corporations in the nation (Microsoft, GE, Google) donate the majority of their political campaign contributions to the Democrat Party?

    25. Why do the largest corporate media outlets in the nation support a political party that has continuously railed against corporations?

    26. Why is it that a president who has praised wealth redistribution has seen through an economy where, as he admitted, 95% of the gains have gone to the top 1%?

    27. Why Is Washington D.C. all of a sudden one of the richest areas in the nation? What valuable goods and services does that region produce?

    28. Can power that accrues in a centralized government be used for evil as well as good? What does history say about this topic?

    29. Is it really “progressive” to return to a state of affairs that America was founded to protect people against?

    30. How come all of the “compassionate” programs of Democrat-dominated cities across the nation seem to lead only to worsening poverty, drug use and crime?

    31. If democracy means “rule of the people,” why does the “Democratic Party” keep giving power to 536 individuals to decide the health, education, energy, transportation, retirement, employment, and income choices for hundreds of millions of people?

    32. If Obamacare is so great, how come Congressmen who passed the bill want no part of it? (Even though they make at least $174,000 a year, most are taking federal subsidies to pay for their insurance plans.)

    33. Maybe the reason the U.S. is in a bad spot is because many people don’t think through the logical consequences of their political positions?

$17T (And Counting) Under Obama, and he is screaming for MORE...$90+T in unfunded mandates...Future generations have to pay for and they aren't even born yet...and the left screams "FOR THE CHILDREN..."? How prophetic..I feel many of these questions are a common concern for all parties

There is so much chaos in our government nothing is getting done, and when some things passes it is full of PORK!

Who was Islan Nettles? At the time of her death, Islan Nettles was a 21 years old Black transgender women. Reports of Nettles' life describe the young woman as passionate, ambitious and creative. As a high school student, she often spent her time drawing in her notebooks, thinking of ideas to incorporate into her future plans as a fashion designer.
In the early hours of Aug. 17, 21-year-old Islan Nettles was beaten to death in Harlem, New York. Male attackers first sexually harassed, then surrounded Nettles and a group of friends, shouting anti-gay and trans-phobic slurs. At the end of the incident, Nettles lost consciousness as the group scattered. She was taken to Harlem Hospital, where she died five days later.

The Harlem community faced a devastating loss in Islan Nettles’ death. we must understand the bigotry that makes capitalist society an especially dangerous place for innocent Blacks and especially for a transgender Black women like Islan Nettles. We lost another valuable life to unnecessary hateful violence

According to many, Nettles was shy and lacked confidence before coming out as transgender. Although she was assigned "male" at birth, Nettles was said to have never felt boyish or masculine, and began outwardly embracing her female identity in her late teens.

She wore female clothing full-time, changed her legal name to Islan, and came out to her family and friends. In 2011, she started hormone replacement therapy. Her newfound self-confidence carried her to new heights.

While partially leaving home and couch surfing at friends’ homes, Nettles managed to earn her associate's degree. She got a job at a clothing store. She began planning for her future as a fashion designer, and wanted to devise her own line of clothing products. In the weeks before her murder, Nettles was busy designing 10 original outfits for a local fashion show. Accounts of her life portray a fearless and determined young woman who was unafraid to express both her gender identity and her creativity.

On the night of Aug. 16, all of Islan Nettles' plans came to a halt. Very close to Harlem's Police Service Area 6 building, Nettles was TAUNTED MERCILESSLY by a group of Black men and beaten to death by 20-year-old Paris Wilson. At a vigil organized by her family on Aug. 28, her mother, Delores Nettles said, “My baby can’t come back, my baby can’t go to school or to work like she wanted to, and it’s not fair.”

Islan Nettles' untimely death reinforces what many working-class transgender people have known for years: It is not enough to fight against the oppression of gay, lesbian and bisexual people while ignoring the blatant and widespread discrimination against transgender individuals, especially transgender individuals of color. It is not enough to fight for visibility for transgender people in mainstream media when hundreds are dying, starving and unable to access decent and respectful medical care. It is not enough to sit back and mourn the death of Islan Nettles without dealing.
We have been seeing a countless number of Black on Black crimes and killings in the past year or so, both in Chicago as well as in New York.
Perhaps, if President Obama had a son, he might have looked like one of the vicious thugs who beat 89-year-old Delbert Belton, a World War II veteran, to death on Wednesday night, in what was clearly a hate crime.
The entire term “hate crime” is actually ridiculous; it is nothing more than another asinine example of the Progressive Left attempting to restrict freedom of thought and speech through the phony concept of “political correctness”. A crime is a crime is a crime. However; since the Left has chosen to define the killing of a member of one ethnic group by a member of another as a “hate crime”, then Delbert Belton’s cruel and unnecessary death fits within the category as much as any other crime.

The mainstream media – adhering strictly to their instructions, no doubt – have, unsurprisingly, chosen to completely ignore this story. There can be absolutely no question that, had Mr. Belton been black and his murderers white, this story would have dominated the television, print and electronic news for the past 24 hours. MSNBC would, no doubt, have devoted 24-hour live coverage to the tragedy; nothing else they talk about is, after all, of any interest.

The New Black Panther Party has NOT put bounties on the heads of those responsible. Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson have NOT organized any marches to demand justice for Belton. The President did NOT speak at length about these animals are still on the streets. Surely, Trayvon Martin’s mother will speak at a rally or two. Or maybe NOT!
