See Christians who fled Mosul say jihadis made them leave most belongings behind, stole what they took along, including the video footage at this link.

Also see Islamic State torches 1,800-year-old church after expelling Christians, a story which a few are disputing but which most seem to deem as having occurred.

As many of the mainstream-media outlets and Western political leaders  day after day focus on "the poor, persecuted Palestinians," where is the outcry over the atrocities perpetrated on Christians?  Those Christian settlements in Iraq go back at least 1800 years. In fact, for the first time in the history of Iraq, Mosul now contains no overt Christians.

Have Islamophilia and denial so blinded the West that the West remains largely silent and indifferent?

The news media, invented, owned and largely operated by Jews, may play all ends against the middle to keep up a pretense at objective reporting, but it never wastes any time showing concern or pity for persecuted Christians. Jews thrive on portraying themselves as the only victims worth mentioning. They invented victimology and have gained appalling power after launching a campaign based on aggressive self-pity.

    1. Mae,
Based on the mainstream media's obvious sympathies toward "the Palestinians," I can't agree that the problem with the media is the Jews.

    2. I click to CNN a LOT when I'm watching news and, for the last few days, it's been doing nothing but the airplane crash in Ukraine...even showing the 40 limos in Holland , slowly as they moved, carrying the returned dead. For hours.
Today, it's about the Mali crash. They haven't covered any of the new IRS email findings, the Obama fundraisers (except for Carol Costello, a lib who actually condemned it, surprisingly enough, a day or so ago), nothing on anything but the crashes. My gosh, after their extreme coverage of the other Malaysian crash, I'm thinking they're going into the airline crash insurance business or something?
ANYTHING to ignore Obama problems, huh?

  2. Has Obama said one word about this recent ethnic cleansing of Christians in the Middle East?

  3. Barack Husein Obama's sentiments lay with the Sunni militants. That much has been obvious since his Cairo Tour in 2009. Obama inherited Bush's mess in the Middle East and managed to compund it several fold (Egypt,Libya, and Syria). The ISIS now controls about 35% of Iraq and the Iraqi government is begging (demanding?) US air support. They are saying things like: "Help us now or we will find another bigger borther, one who will actually help us." and "other countries will step in to fill the vacuum if greater American support isn’t forthcoming." Don't be surprised to wake up one these mornings to the news that Russia and China have announced joint military training exercises with Iran. Then by coiencidence, of course, Iran will choose this time to join with Shia militia in Iraq to make a Blitzkrieg across Iraq and Syria killing as many Sunnis and Christians and Kurds as possible.

  4. The devolution of civilization is now on steroids. Whether we are blessed to know it is up for grabs. We won life's lottery to live in the time and place we did. Now, apparently, we are willing to throw it away and give it back to the savages.

    2. SF. How do you think we could have contained this islamist hate from escalating to where it is now? Who ever gave a darn about a muslim living next door until 9/11, anyway?, when folks started to naturally be on guard? Looking back through history, so many bad events were Muslim-started....and here we go again.
I believe that if the leftwing mentality hadn't swept Western Culture (PC, hesitance to hit back, constant condemnation of Christians and Jews, self-hate, the belief that we all think alike and we should treat others in that vain,,...etc.), we'd have maybe had a chance, but I believe this was started years ago...
      what do you think?

  7. Sarah Palin was the guest last night on the n hannity sow where she blasted Obama’s Golfs, Fundraises During Crises Because He's 'In Over His Head'
She attacked Obama from beginning to the end of Hannity’s how saying things like: “The former constitutionally ineligible candidate/former empty suit community organizer who had zero executive experience before taking office is way over his head.”

She also noted that Obama golfs, vacations, passes the buck and points fingers during domestic and international crises if he is not distancing himself even more from them, Palin said on Monday's Hannity on Fox News that Obama is "so far... in over his head" because he was merely a community organizer with "no executive experience" and "no resume at all" before becoming president.

Speaking about the border crisis, Palin said Obama is "very disconnected to what people are going through in real life." Palin has said that Obama's lawlessness on illegal immigrant was the tipping point for her to call for impeachment because illegal immigrant impacts American workers -- native-born of all backgrounds and races and legal immigrants. Palin reiterated that Obama was in "a border state when the invasion started erupting and chose instead to go to fundraisers."

Palin said Obama embraces the idea of "shirking back" from some of the most important developments in the world, and that is why the vacuum is being "filled by evil men." She said she hope more candidates who believe in America's exceptionalism around the globe can be elected in the midterm elections.

After saying that Obama's time in the White House has showed that he is merely a "community organizer with no real responsibilities," as she warned during the 2008 campaign, Palin mentioned how different Obama is from Ronald Reagan, who "called out evil and didn't ask for flexibility" and ended up winning the Cold War without firing a bullet.
In light of recent events in Ukraine, Sean Hannity said Palin does not get enough credit for accurately predicting during the 2008 campaign -- to the mockery and derision of the so-called enlightened eggheads in the foreign policy establishment -- that Putin may invade Ukraine if Obama were elected president.

  8. SF "Just how many muslims are being run off their property by Christians in Gaza? How many mosques have been burned or detonated?" Exactly. Poor Ducky.
By the way....I believe our own leftwing media is usually even more vociferous against us than the rest of the world when we've had collateral damage, when our enemy's stock and trade is collateral damage. That's not a good situation.

  9. The latest? Women in Iraq under ISIS rule face FGM. They place the cut off (no pun intended) age at 46. I guess they assume libido and sexual desire tank in the forties? Just wait though. NOW will be deaf mutes on this issue, even though it involves female sexuality - one of their vaunted ideals.

*We have little girls with FGM in our public schools in my area. I have seen the "full enchilada" as a nurse. Took care of a woman with labia majora, labia minora and clitoris whacked off. She was from Egypt. We need to be adults and talk about this. Four million women are at risk. We need to call these things for what they are: acts of paganism and unusual cruelty against women.

  11. Z,

"Obama's masquerade as "the most powerful man in the World" was meant in pure sarcasm. The Office Of The US President is often referred to as: "the most powerful man in the World" but insofar as [his] occupancy of the White House is concerned, as World leaders go, you could say that he is [the most POWERLESS man in the World]. Thus, according to the AMERICAN HERITAGE DICTIONARY, "masquerade" means :a false outward show or pretense. I hope that clears things up. The situation in Iraq today is, in no small part, just one of his numerous, on-going screw-ups! To all but the dumbest, among us Obama is being recognized for the joke that he is; albeit NOT funny!

  12. What I fail to comprehend is how the liberals feel such pity for such a hostile people that kill in the name of a false god. They mutilate their girls and women, they stone rape victims.

They rage and live in hate.

Israel has been a peaceful nation and our strongest ally but Obama has destroyed that alliance with his loyalty to Muslims.

  14. Information related to this blog post...US and Islamic State: ‘We did see this coming’. Excerpt:

WASHINGTON — Like the rest of the world, the U.S. government appeared to have been taken aback last month when Mosul, Iraq’s second largest city, fell to an offensive by jihadis of the Islamic State that triggered the collapse of five Iraqi army divisions and carried the extremists to the threshold of Baghdad.

A review of the record shows, however, that the Obama administration wasn’t surprised at all.

In congressional testimony as far back as November, U.S. diplomats and intelligence officials made clear that the United States had been closely tracking the al Qaida spinoff since 2012, when it enlarged its operations from Iraq to civil war-torn Syria, seized an oil-rich province there and signed up thousands of foreign fighters who’d infiltrated Syria through NATO ally Turkey.

The testimony, which received little news media attention at the time, also showed that Obama administration officials were well aware of the group’s declared intention to turn its Syrian sanctuary into a springboard from which it would send men and materiel back into Iraq and unleash waves of suicide bombings there. And they knew that the Iraqi security forces couldn’t handle it....

    [...]

Defense Department officials say they might not complete work on proposed options for U.S. actions until the middle of August, a lifetime in a region where every day brings word of another town or village falling to the Islamic State....

  15. Late Breaking News!

One third of Americans think President Barack Obama should be impeached, a new poll says.
According to a CNN/ORC International poll released Friday, 33 percent of Americans think the president should be impeached and removed from office.

  16. Well Ducky, I can only speak for myself. I think the evidence shows that the Palestinians have been a political football for decades. I also think evidence can be marshaled to show they've suffered much worse treatment at the hands of their coreligionists than from Israel.

Remember: Jordan (host of the ethnic group Palestinians belong to) holds the world record for wholesale slaughter of Palestinians.

The whole damn thing is crazy. I want to offer a counter-example of how rivals get along:

Iraqi Kurdistan and Turkey have booming commercial ties despite the PKK, which Kurdistan has quietly abandoned in exchange for peaceful ties with Turkey.
