From The Mouth Of The Enemy

Thousands of migrants emerge from the hold of a ferry onto the streets of Greece's capital, Athens

The jihadists have exploited and will continue to exploit the Schengen Agreement — the death knell of Europe.

From Reuters (November 27, 2015):
The ringleader behind the Nov. 13 attacks in Paris had plans to strike Jewish targets and to disrupt schools and the transport system in France, according to sources close to the investigation.

Abdelhamid Abaaoud, a Belgian national of Moroccan origin, also boasted of the ease with which he had re-entered Europe from Syria via Greece two months earlier, exploiting the confusion of the migrant crisis and the continent’s passport-free Schengen system, the sources said on Friday.

Their comments, confirming excerpts from a confidential police witness statement leaked to a French magazine this week, fleshed out a picture of the Islamic State militant who spearheaded the Nov. 13 attacks targeting cafes, a concert hall and sports stadium in Paris in which 130 people were killed....
Meanwhile, citing the 1964 Civil Rights Act, Obama warns states they can’t refuse Syrian refugees.

  1. At least some European States will be able to enforce their own borders. Obama has stated that the Constitution prohibits US states from doing the same.

    1. ...so if the Schengen Agreement is the "Death Knell of Europe", Obama's immigration policies are almost certainly the "Suicide of the United States".

  3. This is why I mentioned earlier, when Snyder declared he would block immigrant implants in MIchigan, that Christie had said that the Feds don't even notify the states when they do it.
How you gonna stop what you don't know is happening?

  4. States may not block people at the state line, but here is a law professor arguing that perhaps states can under narrow circumstances:

    http://www.nationalreview.com/article/427223/jihadist-immigration-states-can-prevent-constitutional-lessons

Putting that aside, a state can legally do many things to not cooperate with the federal government's plans, and this is the recourse I think many will pursue.

More importantly, the Federal Government is going against the will of the people. If we had a healthy, functioning body politic and system of government, these things could be worked out. What we have is two angry, warring camps staring one another down.

  5. I keep wondering what it'll take for states to really stand up and act against the feds....so far, not much has worked. Could this? When neighborhoods see hundreds of people ascending upon them?
I often wonder why this media isn't reporting how bad it is in Germany today (I get the info first hand from 2 people who are seeing what's actually going on and it's not pretty)...then I guess we can figure that the last thing our gov't wants is for Americans to know the truth; how German girls are being raped, how the economy is suffering, how store clerks get spat on, how some refugees move up in line and push and shove, how they won't take a good used bike, saying they want a new one, how they insist they need their brand of (free) cigarettes...I could go on. I forgot about the defecation and urination in peoples' gardens.

My heart is saddened when I see the refugees and MANY don't behave anything like what I described above, but that IS happening... a lot.

I'm not a huge O'Reilly fan, but I believe he was correct in suggesting NATO needs to set up areas for those Syrians who need help, guarded by NATO troops, supplied by NATO $$$. It's insane to destroy Europe with thousands and thousands of people not desiring to assimilate...carrying signs like "Germans get out, we are here"...And that IS happening, folks.

    1. Where does O'Really propose these "areas" be established?

Jordan is at the bursting point with refugees and a destabilized Jordan would really please Israel, wouldn't it?

Turkey should add to its 2 million+?
Another million and a half in Lebanon (see Jordan)?

      Another 200,00 in Kuwait?
There are othr Arab nations with signifiant refugees.

Or maybe the U.S. with its 1500 or so could help out a bit more?.
O'Really's an ignorant Faux Snooze clown.

But I see the problem. As one mouth breather in the Texas legislature said, "We can't take them in Texas. It's too easy to get guns."

Well Massachusetts can take some. Refugees here haven't been behind any attacks (N.B. Before Breitbart tells you otherwise, the Tsarnaevs were here on an asylum decree not as refugees).

The Syrians in my area are productive, employed. The children are respectful.
But let's spend more money here on "anti-terrorism" when Mass. has a serious heroin epidemic (Muslims don't seem to be involved) that needs action and it's killing more than terrorism ever will.

    2. Duck,
You might want to stop exonerating Muslims about heroin as there is some kind of connection between dealing heroin, laundering the money from sales, and funding Hezbollah -- at least, there have been some convictions to that effect in federal court in Alexandria, Virginia, and in New Jersey.

I'm really sure the 3 dead and 264 injured really appreciate that little technicality of yours Ducky, I'm sure it makes all the difference to them.

    4. Semantics!

From What’s the difference between U.S. immigrant refugees and asylees?:

the Tsarnaev brothers were not refugees — they arrived in the United States as young children of an asylee. As a State Department official told Bloomberg, their father came to the United States on a tourist visa and applied for asylum.

    6. I think it's time we brought Hollywood to task for the Planned Parenthood attacks. Hollywood is the only "place" in the world where using violence always works, the good guy never dies, and a 97 pound woman can kick the *ss of s doxrn 300 pound weightlifters.

    7. Thersites,
Did Dear actually mutter that he had deliberately targeted Planned Parenthood, or did people imagine that he said that because their cognitive bias is so strong?

Yeah, let's bring Hollywood to task for inspiring violence. Gotta blame anybody except the perpetrator, right?

    8. There are reports that Law Enforcement officials have made those claims.

Blaming "videos" (and even those who talk about videos) seems to be the most recent Leftist tactic used to silence those who oppose their agenda. "Video's caused Benghazi," "video's caused the PP attack". Perhaps it's time that they followed their logic to ots' end and attacked those whom the "video" makers emulate... or is attacking an obviously "Democrat" donor stronghold, "a bridge too far"?

    9. I saw just a few minutes ago that the officials had made those statements after questioning Dear.

Just guessing, but I think it possible that Dear has paranoid schizophrenia, possibly related to moonshining and consuming his own toxic product.

Or maybe he's just a whack job. We don't yet have enough background information on him: schooling, employers, health record, etc.

    12. What Ducky apparently doesn't understand is it's the PEOPLE who are being moved out, not THE LAND. There is land and NATO can definitely work it out, NATO troops, NATO planes flying intervention over these areas.... if NATO effective and not full of BS liberals spinning the same crap just for a paycheck.

Wake up, Ducky.....be alert. Thanks so much.

  7. Is refugee resettlement moral or immoral?

...[T]he goal of refugee assistance...is to assist as many people as possible with the resources available. And resettling a relative handful of them here to help us bask in our own righteousness means we are sacrificing the much larger number who could have been helped with the same resources....

  8. Finn has already knocked down Ducky's nonsense about the Tsarnevs, so I'll focus on safe zones.

There are thousands of square miles in the ME where we could build UN safe zones, complete with shelter, food, medical care and schools for the children.

Indeed, Turkey and Jordan have taken in many, but others have not.

Why? For the same reason nobody there wants the Palestinians: They are troublemakers. The Muslims in that area can't get along with one another, so now we in the west are importing the sickness...
